Fabulous bit of kit which replaced a faulty cheaper model from a different manufacturer. So glad we paid the but extra for the filtered cold water too. Love it!

As a professional plumber I've worked on or fitted most of the boiling water taps on the market.
But for my own home I decided to try a QETTLE, which was a new experience for me. Compared with other models on the market they a very competitively priced, which was part of the attraction.
When it arrived it was well packed and straightforward to install, and takes up less space in the under sink cupboard than some of the other models.
We've been using it for a month and are very pleased with it, the old kettle has been banished to the back of the cupboard.

Our tap is now installed and working well. We are very pleased with it. During installation we did have a problem with the seal around the filter but a quick phone call to the servicing department not only resolved the issue but also I received a replacement rubber sealing ring should it reoccur. Great service. I do have one suggestion for the next version of the boiling unit which is to install a temperature monitor. This would be useful for adjusting the temperature from boiling to slightly lower values - useful for making some loose leaf teas.

We’ve had our Qettle a few years. Although the initial outlay is reasonably cause to think twice, once fitted it is a game changer and a fabulous facility to have.

I keep my Qettle religiously serviced with a new filter every 6 months and it is deep cleaned at least once a year. In the years that we’ve had it, we had a leak from the tap supply pipe so, a quick call to Qettle’s excellent customer services, they quickly and without fuss sent out a new tap. Recently, I’ve had a problem with the boiler; I tried a new filter and an out of schedule deep clean but the problem remained. Qettle customer services keep records of your filter and descaler purchases so they know if you’ve looked after it or not. I called customer services and after a brief chat with their, yet again, excellent no fuss approach customer support , they saw that I’d kept it well serviced and, although just out of warranty, they fabulously sent me a new boiler. It has now been fitted and we’re back in ‘utopia’ 🤣

I can’t praise the system and the customer services enough. They are top class and I wouldn’t hesitate buying again.

We have been considering a boiling water tap for some years and then we stayed with friends who had just had one from the main competitor fitted.

We chose Qettle due to its design, functionality and price, it's nearly half the price of the main competitor.

I fitted it myself, an easy job, it took half a day but made easier because I already had the feeds for softened hot & cold plus mains cold for the filtered tap and boiling water.

My wife and I love it.

Great looking, great value piece of kit. Fitter advised it was easier to install than a Qooker, so everyone delighted. Boiled filtered water at the press of a button.. happy days!

We bought this All in one QetleTap because we have switched to having a water meter and discovered that we where wasting over 3 litres of water just to get hot water from our gas boiler.

Our plumber told us about Qetle instant hot water taps so we took a look and decided to buy one.

I’ve got to say it’s the best tap ever, instant boiling hot water, fresh filtered water, you just can’t beat it. We love it and it’s saving us over 3 litres of water every time we use it. Thank you Qetle.

The Qettle water boiler is a terrible piece of kit, especially in an area of hard water.
1) The tank leaked causing thousands of pounds of damage – which the company paid for.
2) It requires cleaning out and (expensive) new filters. I have found the need to clean it out every four months. This process takes many hours and involves flushing chemicals through the drinking water system. It uses gallons of water to do the flush and it then tastes odd for a few days.
3) It has got to the stage where the flow is a dribble, quite unusable, although it sometimes bursts into life spattering boiling water all over the place.
4) The boiler is not reparable – a sealed box. I really hate things like that because environmentally this is a disaster. Whereas other similar companies allow you to open up the appliance to clean or repair, the Qettle is regarded by its company as an (expensive) disposable item.
5) The company is refusing to replace it, being slightly out of warranty, insisting that I did not replace the filters often enough. I really don’t know how they can claim to know this. I have done exactly what they say and it still does not work.
So my advice is either buy a much better one from another company, or a cheap work-top one. This Qettle is completely unreliable, an environmental nightmare and company, while they have engaged with me, very reluctant to put things right.
OK……this is the time when we get a platitude in response from Greg Rowe. The only response I need is that you will REPLACE it.

Given the detailed communications you have shared with our Customer Support team, we were extremely disappointed to receive your review. And, whilst we appreciate you have not had the QETTLE experience you would have liked, your feedback omits some critical information.
Previously, we requested that for us to consider revising our offer of a new boiler tank with a 50% discount, we would like to receive proof of your purchase of replacement filter cartridges. In other words, proof that you have correctly cared for and maintained your QETTLE tap and system. So far, this information has not been forthcoming.
Filter cartridges are only available directly from QETTLE.com, Amazon or eBay. We operate the QETTLE stores on the latter two platforms, as well as our own site, so it would be extremely unusual for a customer to have maintained their QETTLE tap's warranty, but for their filter cartridge purchases not to be visible on their customer record.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that filter cartridges are not available from plumbers or installers - unless a cartridge replacement service by one of our QETTLE Accredited Installers is booked. Your record does not reveal any engineer visit or service call by a QAI.
Lastly, and with respect, we would point out that your tap's boiler tank was not 'slightly' out of warranty, but three years out of warranty.
Our original goodwill offer of 50% off the cost of a replacement boiler tank still stands. Do let us know if you would like to accept this.

It may be three years out of warranty but our discussion started a long time back. You should decide how long this thing should last and should undertake to repair it throughout that time (maybe at the customers’ expense), NOT JUST THROW IT AWAY.
You operate a MONOPOLY ON THE FILTERS. Which are really expensive. 2 x £35 every year.
You have not commented on how long it takes and how much water to perform the cleaning. It is a massive job and I need to do it every four months.
Additionally, we need to buy the chemical – 2 bottles, £9 a bottle, 3 times a year. Total annual cost = £124. Plus things like O-rings (£10 plus postage).
The servicing of my house’s heating boiler is cheaper and quicker than this!!
I am not pouring good money after bad and buying another unit from you, even at a discount. I reasonably expected this to last for 10 years. So, either REPLACE IT or REFUND ME please.

Have had it for a month now and its been fabulas. Our plumber installed it no problem, no drama. Loved putting the kettle in to storage and reclaiming the worktop space. Hardest part was deciding on the tap finish. Sales staff were amazing and very helpfull. Tap arrived within 4 days of ordering. So awesome product and even more awesome service. Thank you Qettle.

It was a replacement for a cheaper model that had died!! It is so much better. It feels more solid & durable.
With the old one we had to press the button. & hold the tap back for boiling water which with my arthritis I found very difficult. Having filtered water is a bonus. Very happy with this tap

I bought a boiling water tap two years ago. I am still very happy with it. I bought the brushed steel modern tap, it still looks like new. I have been able to change the filters and descale the tank myself with the help of the video tutorials. Whenever I have had a question the teams are very knowledgeable and when I had a leak from the cartridge housing they identified the problem and sent a replacement seal free of charge. Excellent product, excellent customer service.
