A really good quality tap that does what its supposed to do. I had to get the mixer valve for the hot water pressure and wish I'd got the larger tank to go with it, but we are learning to get used to it!

Arrived, well packaged and our plumber fitted it very neatly inside the cupboard. I personally wouldn't try a DIY job.

Certainly an expensive luxury but one we are pleased to have in our kitchen.

Very easy to use but spurtes sometimes

The tap arrived on time and is exactly what we were expecting, the instructions are clear, and it was possible for us to fit this ourselves, although it does take a little while, especially if you are replacing an existing hot water tap. It makes a lovely cup of coffee.

A couple of initial problems; perhaps to be expected as everybody's setup is slightly different. These were very well resolved. Best of all, the staff were a pleasure to deal with, and the system is brilliant!

I absolutely love my Qettle tap.
It not only looks good but it works well and is so easy to use.
Its very strange not having a kettle on worktop. But I love it.
I have a 4 in 1 so all water is filtered.
The taste is so much better, even cooked veg taste better.

I would have given 5 stars but it’s quite noisy when the boiling water is coming out of the tap. It sounds like a coffee machine. Maybe it’s our water pressure.

Excellent tap, also purchased the cooled filtered water along with the boiler tap. Very pleased with the qettle tap. Delivery very speedy and well packaged.

I purchased the Qettle original 4 in 1 with the 4 litre boiler. Extremely pleased with the purchase for a number of reasons. The tap fixes securely to the stainless still sink we have with two fixings. Our previous tap when moving the spout would loosen the one fixture it had over a short time. The 100 degrees boiling water comes out with a great flow as does the filtered tap, hot and cold. A product I would highly recommend.

Very happy with our Qettle tap. Haven’t had any issues at all. Now couldn't live without it!

Product is fantastic, works great and delivers super chilled and filtered water and boiling hot from one tap which is just what I wanted. Price was pretty reasonable compared to other brands and has good options, delivery was fast however the biggest let down was that I had to wait months for the installer to come out. The install was expensive, and the installer was a bit inexperienced. They complained alot, didn't bring all the correct tools, took additional time (which is fine as the job got done, and product knowledge was good), but it made no attempt to measure hence couldn't figure out the best orientation of the units until I interviened, and also resulted in ugly overcutting into the kitchen cabinet shelf in order to fit, (had to drop below shelf which was expected, but the job was executed poorly) so now I will have to perform additional repairs. If you're going to pay for the install - I'd suggest demanding an experienced installer or watch them like a hawk while they do it, and be prepared to literally hand them a tape measure!
