Excellent product - great customer service. Installed 2 years ago, I change the filters and do the "deep clean" as instructed. Works faultlessly. However a friend tried (very hard) to operate... See more

Brilliant, British-designed and manufactured QETTLE boiling water taps are 4 in 1, and dispense truly boiling, 100°C water - so you can make a proper cuppa!
Simple and safe to use, easy to install and cost-efficient, it’s time to say hello to a QETTLE and goodbye to your kettle! And best of all, thanks to its unique, multi-patented design, a QETTLE is affordable, too.
As a family-owned business, we know great products and great people make the difference. We’ve lived and breathed kitchen taps for two generations and our fantastic team of dedicated in-house customer service, design, engineering and manufacturing means our family can be trusted to bring a quality, unique product into yours.
Always 100°C water, nothing less.
Filtered drinking water (you can add a chiller too).
Normal hot and cold flows.
It’s that simple.
BUY QETTLE ORIGINALWith two-stage safety and an insulated spout, a QETTLE boiling water tap is reassuringly safe. First of all, there’s the red safety clip. When in place, it makes it impossible for boiling water to be dispensed. Highly visual and tactile, it provides peace of mind for children or more vulnerable members of the family. There’s no need to remove the safety clip for filtered drinking water, so the kids can fill up safely and easily.
Secondly, there’s a handle lock. The button on the handle must be pressed down at the same time as the handle is turned clockwise. So even with the safety clip removed, it’s a precise and exacting action to get boiling water.
And of course, unlike a kettle, a QETTLE is fixed in once place, can’t topple over and doesn’t need to be lifted.
QETTLE boiling water taps can be teamed with 2, 4 or 7 litre boiler tanks. Making instant hot drinks is just the beginning, so think about how you'll use your tap before you choose its tank size. A 2L tank will give you 4 cups of boiling water in one go, a 4L tank delivers 8 cups and a 7L tank provides 14 cups.
BUY QETTLE SIGNATUREWhether you’re fitting your QETTLE yourself, engaging a plumber or using a QETTLE Accredited Installer, you can be confident that installing a QETTLE is fuss-free.
If you’re still doing your homework, a great place to start is our pre-installation checklist, which covers everything you need to know from water pressure to working out what will go where under the sink. Our step-by-step installation video is a must-watch.
As with any appliance, there is a small amount of care required to keep your cuppas tasting great.
Filter cartridges must be replaced every six months (we’ll send you reminders) and once a year you’ll need to deep clean your boiler tank. This is a very quick job you can safely do yourself, all you’ll need is £7.50 for your Kilrock descaler, and 10 minutes to follow our step-by-step video guide at QETTLE.com.
Our chrome finished Original tap provides all the features of our 4 in 1 range, at a really great price.

Great customer service and it was good to be able to speak to a person who could solve my problem.

I don’t think the extra money for 100 degrees is truly worth it. The faucet usually produces about 95 degrees

Having previously bought a quooker tap, I can honestly say this Qettle tap is better and also has filtered water and it’s HALF THE PRICE.
Unbeatable value, if you are getting a boiling water tap make it a Qettle
This is the 3rd Qettle hot tap that we have purchased. One for home, one for work and now another to go in a drinks bar that we are having installed.

The quality of the service that I have received from Qettle, from the beginning to the end of the process has been exceptional!. The marketing material, 'how-to' videos, customer support are all outstanding. And the product - Qettle Modern + Water Chiller - are both fabulous. Well done to a really great British company!!!

Great Product, simple to use and options for sizing are about right. We went for the 4-litre tank and chiller, just enough room in the under-sink cupboard.

Great customer service with an online demonstration and Q and A session followed with helpful video links. Great item at bargain price. Looks good and lovely not having to wait for the kettle to boil. Also, love the safety cap as a double safe measure to prevent any accidents.

Fast deliver, and quality packaging. I ordered a few weeks ago and only just have it installed. It’s taken up more room in the cupboard than I anticipated. Diagrams for installation are good, but assume lots of space, which I’m sure in most instances is not the case! I’m slightly concerned how the boiling water seems to “spit” a bit as it comes out of the tap. I have had another premium brand one in the past, and don’t remember that being the case. Convenience is second to none, and I’m sure when kitchen is fully operational again I will appreciate it even more! Love it!

We've always found the team at Qettle wonderfully responsive and helpful when we've had queries. We've had the tap installed for a little over a year and it works well, is genuine boiling water, and would recommend to others. Thank you Qettle!

I recently bought a qettle 2 litres, which was fitted by an incompetent plumber. I phoned customer services and spoke to Nicola who was a star, although not fitted bhy them, they sent their engineer, Justine who worked tirelessly for over an hour to try to sort out the problems, which were many. The plumber didn't even fit it correctly.
My main problems is now there is a kind of "scum" on the top of the boiling water when making either tea or coffee and apparently I should have bought the one with filtered water and, unfortunately knew nothing abut this model, which is slightly dearer, but would have bought it in a heartbeat if I had known about this model.
What an excellent tip, am now haviing "scum free " tea - thank you, as always

Good morning
I note your reply to my review and I am outraged !
I HAVE replaced my water filters every six months. Just because I dont purchase from you directly does not mean I dont replace them (for the record I have explained everything to your customer service team. I cannot be held responsible for your lack of recording my information). I am attaching a photo of my order from Amazon for your product.
I HAVE also sent many videos of the bad pouring of the tap. I HAVE done the water flow test
I HAVE made many calls to your support team for help but to no avail
I HAVE paid electricians and plumbers to fit 3 tanks
I HAVE had the decency to return your call to me last week. But you have NOT returned my call
I HAVE done everything to try and sort the problem out
I am so very cross that you feel I have not followed all the steps, requirements etc to sort the problem out
The tap/tank (which ever it is) pours absolutely dreadfully and spits and splutters and I constantly get boiling water over my hand due to very bad pouring of the tap
Let’s just recap on what I have paid in 3years: £1800 approx.( I can't remember exactly what I paid, but I know roughly £1000), a replacement tank £250 plus 2 calls out of electricians as the tank keeps tripping out electric, and plumbers to remove and replace 3 tanks………the cost of everything I have paid out far outways a decent plug-in kettle (which I have now reverted to). Who in their right mind would pay approx £1800 for a plug in kettle
Moving Forces a second purchase , we only considered Qettle ...
Why go anywhere else when we are happy with your service ,price and quality ?

Just had the Qettle 4L fitted today by one of their installers, £95 to fit why not.
I had a blender valve installed too and first impressions is great quality, clean and tidy job.
The whole buying experience was great, no pressure selling, they did a video meeting to go through the product range and options, and super helpful for any questions that I had later.
The young fella that installed it was excellent, polite, courteous and well informed about the product and did a great job on the install.
The whole buying and installation process was a pleasure.
I like the fact that everything is produced in the UK by Qettle themselves.
Now it’s a waiting game to see how this performs, but first impressions is 100% all round and glad I didn’t spend double the amount of money for a Quooker.
Order, delivery and installation were fine. And the tap delivers hot and cold water. But the way that boiling water spits and sputters is intimidating. This will be ok for adults who are ready for it but I could not recommend it for a household with youngsters or children. I can understand that it results from the very hot water boiling as it gets out of the tank so it is behaving as science says it should. But that does not make it any easier to live with

Excellent customer service. The best measure of a company is how they react to a reported problem. I had an issue with a leak from the boiler tank. Customer service were very helpful, asked pertinent questions and subsequently replaced it, even though it was out of warranty.

Ordered over the phone with one of Qettle sales agents. The tap was shipped quickly and well packed. First impressions was that this signature modern tap is a quality product. Installation instructions were comprehensive yet easy to follow. With the system set to the reccomended 3 bar pressure there is one slight negative and that is that the aerator at the tip of the tap spout seems a bit aggressive and it splashes out even when lowered into the cup. Overall though we are very satisfied with the tap.

It is not yet installed! Getting your plumber to do the work has led to a long delay.date is now 14th July.
