They had contacted us numerous times to get in their platform as sellers. We were cautious at the beginning because everything presented to us were so good to be true.
After some online meetings, phone calls, messages and face to face meeting in Cosmoprof Bologna we finally decided to proceed with the cooperation.
We were speaking with a seller account manager for our launch in the platform. We had sent the inventory that we could buy and stock in our warehouse and we asked them many times if we would be ready to start selling because we should place orders to our suppliers and have the Qogita stock ready in our warehouse. The seller account manager said we would be ready for the launch in the next 2-3 days so we proceeded with all the orders total amount 100k. Qogita knew about the stocks we were going to buy for their platform and we had agreed on everything. The reason we had to buy extra stocks for them was because we have multiple sale channels (e-commerce platform, wholesale channel, physical stores and special wholesale channel for huge clients in Europe). So all the stocks we already had were blocked for the other channels that we do for more than 10 years. They were informed for this issue from the beginning! 1-2 days after the guy responsible for our account was informed about everything and let us know that we will be ready for the launch in 2-3 days let us know that we can't finally proceed because our stock was too low for them!!!!!!!!! AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING 100K WORTH OF STOCK FOR THEIR PLATFORM.
We lost precious time for them days in meetings and conversations with some "managers" and their CEO. They informed that it's very easy for them to proceed with the launch but they never did! They stopped answering to our messages after telling to us that we should have worth of stock more than 1 million €. Disgusting unprofessionals why didn't you mention that from the beginning ? We would never block so much stock for a new sales channel we haven't even tested!
UNACCEPTABLE!

This company is hands on! I had an onboarding call which made using the website super easy! After making my first purchase, they called to check if everything went well. In a world where you're stuck chatting with a bot, they definitely gave me a human experience!

Fast, good priced

Once we fully payed 17.06 our order we saw in the system that order in progress after day 3 i contacted a manager from Quogita and i said im not trust that suplier i prefer to get a refound or change for a real suplier,after that they send me tracking links which are not working,for my questions about that the links are not working it looks like you wont get any order Quogita send me another links where you see that the parcel in transit on 24.06 ,the next days 25/26 i saw same information your parcels are in transit last update information 24.06,almost everyday i asked about refound for have a possibility to order at the other place ,even in Qogita cabinet i see information that i can rase a claim that some items in my parcels are wrong but to ask a refound coz i dont get nothing til 02.07 i cant it is avalible only from 10 .07,but why? If manager in Quogita saying that some logistic department see my parcel is in transit but they cant write where..I cant ask my money back,really it looks like a problem,,do not find a posiibility to send me my items whith the other suplier ,telling me storyes about transit.Quogita made advertizing that they can support e commerce but who will wait his order one month? Quogita even dont know that people who are selling their goods at that platform are they existing or no what you will think?
End of story we recived our parcel 3.07 (we payed 17.06),some items are wrong ,but it is better than nothing and cominication whith Quogita it is really very difficult when they cant give you the delivery company contacts or they cant ask a supler to contact us,cant send you delivery links which are workings
Im absolutly sure that parcel was just losted and Quogita dont have any solutions in such commmon situations ,but in EU waiting parcel so long whithout any chances to get information where is your parcel how you can find delivery company its ....

In Summary: The idea of multiple wholesale suppliers on one platform could be revolutionary to ecommerce. Qogita has a smart website and varied suppliers, but few actual wholesalers. Sure, the businesses are "verified", but Qogita's verification standards are not automatically industry standards.

The most pressing issue which stops the site from being used at all, is the reality that the "wholesale" branded products are the same price as any other full priced retail store -- and that's before tax and shipping. No profit can be made from buying well known brands from here.

Additionally, I ordered a specific well known brand from a few different Qogita suppliers, and some items came with the brands original authentication sticker, while some didn't, which brings genuity into question. Again, this links back to Qogita "verified" status not being the same as the industry standard. All products should be authenticated pre-upload.

Qogita will show you a couple products you can make a profit on, but these are mainly unknown and foreign brands, which are priced more reasonably for wholesale. But then you have the additional cost of marketing such a lesser known/lesser trusted name, and the risk of not having any guaranteed sales or a good product performance since the brand has no reviews, videos, fans etc

Overall, a great concept, clear UI and strong site amenities, but the suppliers and product "wholesale" prices are disappointing and need some major review in order to make repeat business viable.

No compres en Qogita si vendes en Amazon. Si algún comprador te pone una queja por producto falso te cerrarán la cuenta porque Qogita no proporciona la documentación que Amazon acepta.

No te envían facturas con información del proveedor excusándose en que es el proveedor el que no la proporciona. Al final te genera dudas de si lo que compras es auténtico o una copia.

Amazon will close your account if you buy from Qogita as their invoices are not approved by Amazon. Don't buy from them.
