Beware of Banbain Trading company. They are selling Ellie foundation makeup. You may be faced with dishonesty.
 I had purchased foundation make up from Banbain trading company. I only purchased one package of their product. Banbain charged me for three orders, sent me two orders, and charge me for a third order which they did not send me.
I wrote to them telling them they errored and I only ordered one item. They asked me to take a photo of the item I received, and send it to them. I did what they suggested. I told I only ordered one. They refused to acknowledge that the other two orders were charged to my bank as well. I got in touch with PayPal and explain the situation that I was having with this company. I told them I only ordered one item not three. They inquired and gave Banbain the money for one item which was $28.57 US dollars. The other two charges were not handled at that time. I complained to PayPal and told them that this was a fraudulent charge that I should not be charged with it even though money was taken out of my bank account to cover these costs. Finally, PayPal gave me the return of $30.91 for the charge where I did not receive any merchandise from them. this was simply a charge that they put into my account and didn’t send me anything. The last charge of US dollars $30.91 was still outstanding. Banbain said that if I return the item they will intern give me back $30.91 US. The cost of shipping the item back to China will cost an excess of $40. This charge is more than what the item cost me. I spoke to PayPal and pointed this out, showing that I was the wrong person in this transaction not the company who fraudulently charged me twice more than what I originally purchased. I called PayPal to complain, and point out that I was the wrong party and should not be penalized to pay for shipping back to this company, I am writing to you today to warn you that should you decide to deal with this company? You may suffer the same consequences that I suffered, I am hoping that PayPal will follow suit and get me my money back as this was a fraudulent transaction that they should not have encouraged the return of the items because the shipping cost more than the item that I purchased. This company violates good customer service and care
