I used these to buy my new home and wouldn’t do it again.

I used these to buy my new home. I questioned a boundary clarification and was fobbed off and rushed through. Now I’m in there is an issue and no response from the solicitor dealing with it.

I’ve had to date this d last year but it was 3 years ago. The legal issues present themselves further down the line.

The service to purchase was also awful

We had a good experience at first with Mike Anson but our case was taken over by Rumun Purawal and she was talking to us like we were supposed to know everything about buying a house(first time buyers). Very little communication(this made the process very stressful for us), we asked questions and she replied with a question.

Great Service and Communication!

Chris, Daniel and Nisha were so helpful with the conveyancing service they offered. They worked to a really tight deadline but and managed to get everything sorted for us in time. Their communication was great and were always on hand to assist with any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience............

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to carry out conveyancing works on my property, which was mixed use residential and commercial. They were informed of that in the quote enquiry.

After many weeks of supposedly getting on with works, they contacted me to tell me their fee would be four times the initial quote as they hadn't realised it was mixed use. I communicated directly with the owner, who provided no apology and made no attempt to stand by the original quotation as any respectable company would do.

I have now gone elsewhere and have lost considerable time in the process. I've gone to another company that is charging me the same amount QS Davisions originally quoted me.

They are now also withholding my deposit. I will be seeking that back through the small claims court process. It will be interesting to be taking a solicitor to court. My advice is to avoid this company.

Absolute Stars!

As my father would have said “they deserve a medal as big as a frying pan!”
From the first contact with Mike and his team Mary-Clare & Hannah @ Wolverhampton right through to when we legally completed on our ‘forever home’.
The whole team were lovely & made us feel like an extended family member.
In my day job, I deal with conveyance solicitors all day long and I can honestly say QSD (Quality Solicitors Davisons - Wolverhampton) make a very refreshing change to deal with.
I can totally vouch they are a solicitor where you aren’t just a number or made to feel like an interruption to their day - they actually care!
The amount of Glitches in the lenders systems and curb balls they sent our way were dealt with by QSD when trying to exchange & complete. Mike and his Team went above and beyond to make sure it happened. Can’t praise them enough!

Exceeded expectations

Started off like most reviews say: slow responses, but then sped up as mortgage process neared completion and then had contact almost every day. Great help in buying our first home. Shout out to our conveyancer Emma and her team who had our mortgage completed within 7 weeks of first contact with them.

Great team!

Having worked with Davisons on a number of occasions for a few different BTL properties, they have always delivered great service and kept me informed, great team.
