Good delivery service. Arrived on time and sturdy product. Sadly we have been unable to fit as yet due to removal of existing seat so can’t comment further. One star lost in view of number of requests... See more

I don't like publishing negative reviews but I had nothing but a stressful experience when ordering via this company, albeit not entirely QS Supplies fault as they are the middle man for various suppliers, including Abacus Bathrooms. I placed two orders, the first order was delayed and the second order didn't turn up at all. When I chased the undelivered items, I was assured of an imminent delivery date on three separate occasions both by QS and my dealings direct with the supplier. When the order did not arrive as promised, I re-contacted QS Supplies and was told that the items were definitely on their way and would be with me by the end of the week. Needless to say, by the fourth attempt of them trying to gaslight me into thinking the delivery was imminent, I cancelled the order and requested they issue a refund. This was not readily forthcoming and I had to chase a second time for the refund. In the end I contacted my bank requesting a dispute be actioned in order to get my refund.
Thereafter, it later transpired that a tap from the initial order had been sent out without a pivotal valve, something that I would not have known was needed and something that was not identified as being reuqired on the website. I was then told by the supplier that I had purchased the valve and when I pointed out that it was not in the box, I was then sent another email to say that I had not purchased the valve and that I would need to pay an extra £86.40 to obtain the said part.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, although QS Supplies have replied to my emails within 48 hours, the lack of excellence in customer service has put me off purchasing from both organisations in the future.

Online purchase was efficient and delivery prompt. The shower tray was of excellent quality and would thoroughly recommend both the company and the product.

Ordered a bath to be delivered. I was given up to date delivery details but the day before I was told that it would be delivered between 13:30 - 15:00. I then received a voicemail at 14:25 to say it would would be delivered between 5 and 7 in the morning! So I slept in my living room to avoid waking up my family.
Then a live tracker said between 04:30 - 5:00. I woke up at 5:10 to see the van driving off without coming to the door. I was tracking the driver for the next hour and he had drove to Luton and Back. It turns out he delivered my bath to the wrong customer and had to go back and get it. In hindsight I should have known this had the potential to cause damage given how many times it had been loaded on and off the van.
I took delivery and put the bath in my garage. The feet were not attached to where they should be but the delivery driver said it was OK. I then inspected the batch for damage on the main areas of concern. The protective plastic wrap was left on and I saw no major areas for concern. My bath was not being fitted for some days so I kept it protected in the garage with the cardboard and plastic coating still in tact.
When my builder came to fit the bath I was made aware of a crack/broken edge in the side of the bath that was being held together by the protective plastic. This had only been moved into the bathroom and not fitted yet.
I then called the customer services to explain the situation and they told me they could not make any decisions until I emailed with the problem and they would get back to me in 2 days. I explained this was not acceptable because it was holding up the build of the bathroom. After much complaint I was told they cloud look at it by the end of the day but still insisted on the email.
I then looked into getting the bath repaired and in my phone conversation enquired if they could they compensate me for any costs as a return was unlikely to be able to be made in time to continue the build.
In their email response I was then told that the Ts & Cs meant that I had to return within 14 days if there was any faults (even thought the fault was not apparent until after this date). They also said that the damage had occurred when it had been fitted (even thought it hadn't). I helped the builder up the stairs and saw him place it in position and no damage occurred during this process.
They stated in their email: "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the claim for a full refund or replacement in these circumstances, we do appreciate your situation and would like to offer a goodwill gesture to help resolve the matter. As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer a £10 partial refund."
I found this offer quite frankly insulting considering that the cost to repair was almost the full cost of the bath in the first place. And I chose not to accept out of principal. The area of damage was quite clearly not in a place that would have been affected by placing it in position in the bathroom but was more likely caused by loading it on and off the van in the early hours of the morning due to the delivery to the wrong address and due to the state of the packaging had clearly not been looked after and I can only assume the damage was not clearly visible as the protective plastic was keeping the broken material in place.
Do not use this company. You get what you pay for particularly in the delivery process and the customer service is shocking.
The cost to repair was over £200 and after
Ordered and payed for click and collect after selecting a store showing stock. Got an email shortly after informing me that the item wouldn't be available untill after 10am the following day. Only selected that store because I wanted to collect the same day, shouldn't be able to order click and collect within an hour if items are not in stock.
