Our Disappointing Experience with QTC Global / QTC Services

QTC Global, also known as QTC Services, has proven to be an unreliable business partner in our dealings. The company entered into a contract with us, agreeing to provide a specific product, but what was delivered was far from what was promised. We paid for a 4800 kcal coal product, but instead, we received a much lower quality, unprocessed product that did not meet the agreed specifications. This breach of contract created a significant issue, as we had not only paid for a higher quality product but were also left with goods that were not suitable for their intended purpose.

Throughout our interactions with QTC Global / QTC Services, we found that the company’s handling of the situation lacked transparency and accountability. Despite multiple requests for documentation to clarify the situation, we were met with delays and insufficient responses. For instance, we asked for critical documents such as product verification certificates, but the company only provided an offtake agreement that did not confirm the legitimacy of the product’s origin. This lack of clarity on their part raised concerns about the integrity of the transaction and made it difficult for us to trust that we were dealing with a reputable partner.

One particularly frustrating aspect of the situation was QTC Global’s repeated promises to address the issue and resolve it promptly. On one occasion, the company committed to sending a detailed plan for refunding us by a specific date, yet the promised communication never arrived. This failure to follow through on their commitments added to the mounting frustration and highlighted the company’s inability to effectively manage its obligations.

Additionally, the financial aspects of the deal raised further concerns. QTC Global/ QTC Services made a payment to their supplier but retained a significant portion of the profit despite failing to deliver on the terms of the contract. This discrepancy in the financial handling of the deal suggested a lack of proper management and fairness in dealing with all parties involved. The situation left us in a difficult position, as we were expected to bear the consequences of the subpar goods delivered, while the company seemed to benefit from the transaction.

Throughout the entire process, QTC Global’s lack of action and communication created an environment of uncertainty and distrust. While they assured us that corrective measures would be taken, these promises were rarely fulfilled. This lack of reliability and follow-through on their part has made it clear that QTC Global cannot be trusted to honor agreements or effectively manage their obligations. Any company considering a partnership with QTC Global/QTC Services should be aware of the risks involved, as our experience shows a pattern of unfulfilled commitments and a lack of transparency in dealing with business issues.
