Quadra Solutions - Excellent
We decided to put our licences and training through Quadra Solutions this year and will do so again next year. Before we had come on board with them they provided us useful information of how to begin working from home when that was something we were unsure of. They spent time getting to understand the business and what we needed moving forward rather than trying to up sell with things we didn’t need and ended up finding ways to save money outside of the conventional method of discounting. Our formerly staggered renewal dates are now aligned to one date and the training we received through the FLOW scheme was expertly delivered by Andy Laycock who was a really knowledgable instructor who helped me and a couple other members of staff really increase our productivity without resorting to further software! Excellent service all round. Would certainly recommend.
