Purchased a wall hung toilet and frame. Once installed found the long flush didn't work. Emailed customer services and heard nothing back. Tried calling and eventually got an answer to say the the new customer service person would call me back. Heard nothing even after calling another couple of times. Contacted my supplier who fortunately knew other contacts within the company. It took him several more calls over the next couple of weeks to finally explain the problem with a promise he would be called back. The following day, having heard nothing, he called again to be told the part was on its way. it finally arrived later the same day and once fitted, solved the problem (Poor design, resulting in a kinked hose).

I Bought the Wall Boards and various other items from QX on my bathroom and the quality is outstanding , such a good looking product !
very reasonable price !
and the staff are amazing !
especially Megan Dickinson so friendly couldn't do enough for me

Tried numerous times over a few months to contact Qualitex customer service to enquire about information on tap spares, promised the information but they have never got back. I would not to purchase any bathroom taps or any other items from their catalouge or suppliers as the aftersales customer service is horrendous. They advertise a 10 year guarantee, but don’t be fooled by this, as they will not get back to you. Very disappointing as it just takes an e-mail to reply with the requested information and they would have had 5 stars. They deserve to lose customers if they carry on like this.

Sorry I have to give 1 star.Bought a 900 quadrant shower with a pivot door.The glass door was bowed,the shower tray all over the place and oversized top rail left me with holes in the shower panels.These lovely people told me to go back to Plumbase.Over 40 emails and 18 ph calls.Purchased 15/5/24 finally resolved by Plumbase 23/8/24.Qualitex did offer free panels and shower tray but I would have to fit them.Zero quality control.Sorry I couldn’t put a zero rating.

Curved Bath screen purchased not fit for purpose, would not maintain a watertight seal, Qualitex refused to provide a refund, customer service very poor, would not recommend this company.
