Easy , straight forward with great assistance when needed

The whole experience was great. I successfully formed my LLP with the LLP package and there is zero issue. I really like how they explain what information is required and I must see it's good value for money.

The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of their referral to other services, especially on business banking. It presented a few choices for me and I have picked Tide. Tide did send an invitation email to me and after I spent (or more accurately, wasted) a lot of time applying online, encountering errors, and waiting on their onboarding service hotline, they told me they don't support LLP.

Strictly speaking it's not QCF's issue - but why presenting a choice for me when this is not really a choice for me?

Although I was nervous at first I found all the explanations clear online apart from one question which was answered quickly by phone.
