Great customer service when I need information to convert my multistove to wood only

Had to order a new stove glass for my Lincoln 5 after an accident with our German Shepherd, 50kg with a bone travelling at 10mph no glass would survive that. The replacement glass arrived within a week, superb service. Just need to use a fire guard to protect it.

How sad. A great stove at a good price, but company will not respond to email or telephone messages to discuss shortage in delivery which is delaying installation.

Update: Despite having no communication whatsoever from the company, the missing part turned up over a week later. Too bad that I had already wasted £65 on buying it from elsewhere.

These people are absolutely terrible, a 48 hour delivery turned out to be 19 days and then turned out to be not as orderd, if you try to complain you cannot get hold of them, do not use this company.

delivery is scheduled for tuesday next week. But sooo far soo good.

Quality Stoves are a long way from my Company base in Hertford.
However, the quality of their customer service and their speedy processing of my orders means that I have built up a trust in their capability to supply my requirements quickly and efficiently.
To date they have never let me down and I have no reservations in recommending them if you are considering buying a stove.

As soon as you enter the premises you can see quality, a whole lot of it! Never seen so many.
The British made Hunter Kestrel I bought for a relative was in and fitted by early evening thanks in part to the free length of flue and tub of fire cement. He also threw some fire gauntlets in.
That's what I mean! You intinctively new you weren't in danger of getting ripped. Quality is what counts for me!

I phoned 3 times & emailed 3 times for a delivery date and was always told that they would get back to me which they didn't. Stove finally arrived about 4 weeks following order. I don't mind waiting for an item to arrive, but to have no communication is not good enough

Ordered a wood burning stove on 1st June.

Received an e-mail indicating that I'd placed an order, but no delivery information. Didn't think anything of it for a few days, even though was expecting next day.

Called twice that week, firstly being told I'd be informed when delivery was going to happen. Wasn't informed what form that would be... phone? text? e-mail? carrier pigeon? Second time was informed that they were expecting stock the following week and that I'd be contacted...

Fast forward to Thursday the week after... still no indication of when delivery would be. Called again. Was told that they would phone the Manufacturer and call me back. No phone call back was made, even though I'd stated that we had an installer coming in just over a week. The missus called and asked about delivery times, without mentioning the order and was told 5-10 days. At this point 10 days was within a day of elapsing!

Following day, with the installation date looming we had to cancel our order and place with an alternative retailer, who had what we wanted in stock, and it arrived the following day.

I'm sure that under normal circumstances things would have been okay, but the lack of communication and apparent difficulty in getting stock has led to this poor review... Why not buy from an alternate supplier and deliver as yourselves for heaven's sake?!?! Then try and get a rebate from the Manufacturer for the extreme circumstances!

I bought this stove three weeks ago. Full marks to Quality Stoves for the excellent service they offer, the delivery man was very polite and helpful ... due to the cold Summer weather I've lit it a couple of times. I love it (and so does the dog). It is easy to light and control (with the sliding vent) and the glass stays relatively clean, more so when it's on full but in any event cleans up very nicely for the next fire. I know that it's Summer (!!) but the stove heats my lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen really well ..... as I say, I love it!

Maybe its just my wife and I but for some reason all of the internet orders we have placed recently have gone poorly. Quality Stoves is no exception to this. I'll keep it short. We ordered a stove, it took a month to arrive. The delivery driver made it quite clear to my pregnant wife that if it all became to difficult he was going to dump the stove on the drive. He begrudgingly got it to the front door and dumped it there instead. Luckily the pub over the road lent my wife a trolley and the landlord to help her get the 130kg beast into the house ( I was away during this juncture unfortunately)

Although the delivery company probably weren't affiliated closely to Qualitystoves they should keep in mind that they are the last face the customer see's after purchasing a product from them. Related to them or not they should be chosen properly.

I rang Quality Stoves and received excellent advice on which stove to buy. I actually ordered a different stove to the one I was going to order. It was the correct choice because it looks great and heats the space perfectly. Very competitive pricing and good flexible delivery options. The stove also came with a free pack of fire cement, heat resistant gloves and rope glue. I also got a discounted stove fan at the time of order. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quality Stoves

Good honest advice excellent service good choice of stoves

We bought a broseley stove which arrived on time as promised although there was marks/damage to the stove/handle and the rope seal was blown. On first contact Richard was very helpful and promised to send a replacement handle (was ordered apparently), black paint, some replacement rope and glue. This was months ago and despite a number of calls to chase these parts nothing is forthcoming yet. I have tried to call 4 times this week to date and there is not even the courtesy of a response any longer. I am very disappointed with the after care.

Rang this company .. Very knowledgeable ,, and helpful.. No hard sell just there to assist.. Delivery was to Chester .. and came packaged well.. Do not hesitate to use this company .. Very good service .. I can be contacted to confirm this

Searched everywhere couldnt find cheaper and unlike other companies actually had the product in stock, asked for it overnight and it was there the following day
