this is a SCAM site. The quality is not what is sold - 100% leather advertised - 100% pleather delivered.
You are liable for the cost of the return courier to CHINA (despite claims on the website that the products are made in The Netherlands), which costs more than the cost of the item!
This shop is somewhere in Asia. If you read the return policies in their site they mention it as a disclaimer. But it is a fraud as there is nothing in Amsterdam and certainly they are not a Dutch brand as they claim to be. The product arrived 1 month after ordering and the quality is really bad. It smells like cheap plastic and it costed 70 euros. I contacted the customer support to ask them to initiate the return process and they keep finding excuses. First they told me to give me 20% refund or exchange the product with another for a small fee. Now they ask me for photos of the product before initiating the return process. I never said it is a faulty item just that the quality is bad and that I want to return it. They claimed in their website that it is possible to return within 30 days. Probably to return it, as the costs for that is with the buyer, it will be super expensive. It is my fault that I didn't read the small letters before buying from them, but claiming that it is a Dutch brand is a scam!!

Worst quality I've ever seen. It's a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I lost 130€ for a jacket, shoes and pants that doesn't look anything like the items, worst quality ever seen...and they ignore my 7 emails I've sent.
