Slow incompetent Operations. Don't use!

Terrible internal operations and technology. First of all the app and website don't have English. Second, there is some wrong setting on their pages such that the pages shown after you login,are the only web pages on the entire internet that Google Translate can't translate.

Then there's the payment stupidities. They can't change your card automatically for each shipment so you need to manually login every time you get a package, to pay. THEN more than 50% of the time when you try to pay, they give you an error so you CAN'T pay. Furthermore they don't tell you WHY there is an error!

Then there is their app which takes 30 seconds of waiting just to click 2 radio buttons for payment. Multiply this by the 5 times you need to try for each payment, and this is just a complete waste of time.

THEN there is the incomprehensible fact that after you select home delivery, they NEVER do home delivery! After 3-4 days and multiple messages to support asking why they haven't delivered, they will ask if you want home delivery!?! So why do you even ask, when you need to pay?? Now I don't even bother hoping to get them at my home anymore.

Then there is the fact it seems to take them about 24 hours or more to update their systems about the status of your package. For example I picked up an item yesterday after getting tired of waiting for home delivery, but in their app it still shows 'in Panama.'

Either this company is operating on a razor thin shoestring budget, or their internal operations are utterly incompetent. If you want to avoid an incredible waste of time and frustration, use a different company!!
