I was in search for a template of obituary for my friend. I never did before so i tried to search on google then i found this quickfuneral.com website, i created online project and it was very easy to create. I printed my own using their pdf file. Thanks again.
I was so stressed having spent hours making a funeral program and ran into a problem. I used customer support and Reema was a great help!! So grateful.
The biggest problem was trying to print. I spent hours and several days getting the obituary right. When I was ready to print, part of it was cut off and there was a white boarder that was not on the pdf. I tried several different printers. They all had white boarders. When I ask for a refund, they kept sending me a new pdf, that still didn't print correctly. I see no phone number to call expect India. Even simple things like changing the font color was difficult.
The wording on the template was easy to change after downloading but the changes to the picture to include my love one in its place was not doable. Had to purchase another template elsewhere.
I bought a download b/c it said the entire program was editable. It wasn’t. I tried the chat help and no one responded. Unhappy experience.
I am so thankful that I found this. Nitin was the designer that worked with me to create a funeral program for my father only hours before the service. It was completed in time and was such a painless process. I would certainly recommend it to anyone needing a beautiful program in a speedy manor. Thanks again.
