Possible Scam or business shut down without removing website

I ordered a bird carrier on July 2nd, 2026. The business has not given me a tracking number. I have reached out through email, phone number, (717) 824-5827, facebook messenger, and their online chat with no response. I've looked up their business number (13769808) on Pennsylvania's Secretary of State business search. Their information came back as annual report is overdue... I do not recommend ordering from them, as I believe their business shut down but they left their website up.
