Worst customer service, can not believe this company still exists
Been with quote detective for 2 years, still waiting for my no claim bonus, after months of chasing received reply on 21/7/2026 saying apology and we are issuing you no claim bonus with in 48 hours but until today 31/7/2026 there is nothing from them, waste of time. Now i am paying extra 1000 pounds for new quote to new company due to not providing no claim bonus, i need no claim bonus plus compensation for paying extra for my new policy. I will not leave until i get my right according to Law. Court preparing

Left me broke
Just don't sign the contract i was an hour late making a deadline payment after work (I explained I'm phonless atm and emailing them before the deadline) and wouldn't reinstate my policy so cost me again to make a new 1! Took 50 quid off a £141 cancellation fee for reinstating a new policy with them!! Left me physically upset

We even have a second attempt via direct debit after about 10 days to try and help customers. We do make them all aware of the deadline they have and will help wherever we can.
