Excellent customer service

As an established groomer I have struggled to find a good company with the personal touch.
Wow when I discovered Rabart Canine I have not looked back.
So much good advice about products Inc scissors & shampoo from all the staff.
Customer service excellent and excellent postal service too!!

Scam Tactics

Scam Tactics, Ignoring the Law – Avoid This Company at All Costs

This company is an absolute disgrace.

I returned my item exactly as instructed and within their return policy — yet they’ve completely ignored their legal duty to issue a refund. Klarna has confirmed they were paid in full , and still, no refund. It has been far beyond the 14 days legally required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s blatant theft. I provided proof of return and even gave them the chance to resolve it professionally. They ignored everything. It’s clear they hope customers will just give up and walk away. That’s not just dishonest — it’s fraudulent behavior.

I’m now being forced to escalate this legally and will be reporting them to all relevant consumer authorities. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and outright disregard for the law is shocking.

Do not trust this merchant. They will take your money, ignore your rights, and leave you chasing them while they pretend nothing happened.

Very positive experience!

I was after some specific pet grooming products, and this was the only online store that had them in stock. I read the reviews on here and I was originally put off from placing an order, but as the online store excepts PayPal, I gave it a shot.
I was informed when the product was shipped and it arrived on Tuesday, a few days after purchase. Packaged well and even came with a little packet of Haribos. Perfect experience, very happy indeed!

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service. I ordered Ring clip on the Sunday evening, and sent email requests the possibility of it being posted to arrive before the Wednesday. WOW!! I received an email on the Monday to say it had been dispatched, and It arrived
on the Tuesday.
Plus, there was a sweet touch of a mini bag of Haribos in the parcel. SWEET!

This company is disgusting, they do not answer emails, then when you call they do not ring you back, when you finally get hold of someone they are rude and an not give you a straight answer. Because they dont like what you are saying they cancel your order. DO NOT USE

Complaints are ignored for months!!!

Ordered items in December 2023 totalling over £100, which included a mixing bottle and a comb. I received a different mixing bottle (not contacted to verify whether the alternative would be suitable) that is not suitable for the purpose as does not have the needed ratio for the mixing. I complained back in December 2023, and it was not resolved. I emailed again and asked for the label for the return and was advised that they do not do that. I emailed them stating that they are obligated to cover the cost of the shipment but my email was ignored and we are already in Feb 2024 and the complaint is still not resolved.

Made an order two weeks ago

Made an order two weeks ago. Still not received. It cost over £100. I understand there will be a delay due to back holidays however it has been longer than the estimated dispatch time. I have tried to contact the company via all the telephone numbers email addresses connected with the company and I have had no response. The telephone numbers don't even ring. I'm very very unhappy with the service. I have no idea if I am going to receive my order or not.

Excellent customer service

I only use Chris Christensen products on my Cocker Spaniel. I ordered some Day to Day conditioner yesterday. It arrived this morning, extremely well packed. Excellent customer service.

Seal tampered with on bottle

I ordered some Chris Christensen products..totaling over £100.
One of the spray bottles I ordwrwd was not in stock..so they called and asked if I would like different brand. I agreed, so was sent a Christensen spray bottle. It looked like it has been used. Bottle scratched and grubby. I also bought a bottle of Ice on Ice spray concentrate £44.50 and a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of Conditioner. The latter had round foil seals on the bottles. The concentrate had no seal and again the bottle was scratched and grubby where it been handled. This also did not appear to be a full bottle.
I emailed the company who kindly sent the bottle out that I originally ordered.But they tell me the reason the Ice on Ice spray was unsealed was because they sometimes receive them like this without the seal due to Covid. Then said that this bottle had been used at shows they had been to, hence it looking as it did. They said it was the last bottle they had. I am sure the bottle had been used..maybe just as a tester. But it certainly wasn't a new bottle. This was my 3rd order with this company, not had problems before.
