I placed an order for a battery, all looked normal, got a confirmation email. Tried chasing order after 2 weeks...
- Phone disconnected
- Emails bounce back
I paid with Klarna, hoping for a refund.

Scam. Scam. Scam.
Fortunately I only bought a low value item, 3 months later no item or refund. Still trying to get a refund, once they get your money it's a fight to get any resolution.

Total scammers, wont reply to emails, and their phone is disconnected. Dont use

Fraudster beware.
Absolute con, took the money, item never appeared and never replied to any emails.
Being a Police Officer I am now referring to action fraud due to the offences committed.

Complete time waster’s. They have no intention of delivering your item. Automated email & telephone answering service. Do not buy from this company. I needed to get the credit card company to recover my payment.
If I could leave a no star’s review I would.

Total scammers, avoid like the plague. Say they have stock but them they haven't so you wait and wait with no response. I got my bank to get money back..

I ordered a brake lever guard and 6 weeks later I have not received the item. I have received one automated email saying they were delayed. I have tried to contact them but they do not respond. It feels like this is just a phantom website and they have no products. I never write a review but feel I have to as these guys are just cowboys. Do not use.

Ordered parts totalling nearly £2600, and after many emails and phone calls still no goods after 3 month’s, one email received which gave me false hope,now in the process of getting my money refunded.
Please don’t deal with this company a total shambles in regard to customer service.

This company took 30 days to get me a basic part. There is no active contact telephone number. Multiple addresses they are registered to and they do not and I mean do not reply to emails period. Steer clear do not use and beware they are on eBay and use fake reviews elsewhere.

Ordered the wrong part but realized right away . But there is hardly any way to contact them a small email logo can be found if you search with no response by phone and no reply to my instant I’ve ordered wrong email I guess I will just have it wait and see what happens . Think this is a drop ship site BEWARE .

I found RATP through the usual specific parts search.
Their website is a joy to use. You quickly narrow the search by bike and product and can clearly see stock levels with the traffic light system.
Paying with "SHOP" was not what I really wanted. SHOP gets your card details, address and their app/website requires login & PW, plus they do the really annoying bombardment of useless, unwanted emails.
My RATP confirmation warned of delivery delays in January 2023.
It started going wrong when the "wait" passed three weeks. Emails were not answered and I could not find a phone number that was answered.
Then suddenly Royal Mail delivered.
Would I use them again?
No.
Customer service needs to include the phone and a more responsive email.

I ordered clip ons 1st November 22, paid £235, expected a delay in delivery due to supply chains, coming from Italy etc, but after not receiving by January, chased, no response, chased again, no response. Now I've read the other Trustpilot reviews, it's pretty clear that this website is a con, in my view. I've raised a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. I would strongly recommend that you do not pay any money for anything on this site.

Please don’t order from the website unless you want to waste your money. I ordered a battery for my bike and now the battery is faulty within 1 year and now I can’t get hold of anyone in the company. I have called email and no one will reply

Stay far away from this crowd. Ordered a Domino throttle and got a cheaper version and in the wrong colour. No response in my request to return it. Wish I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering..

Ordered a pair of sprockets and was sent one 520 pitch and one 525 pitch so not usable. No problem, mistakes happen but after several emails trying to resolve the issue, I was blanked every time.

Eventually had to go through my payment provider to let them sort it.

Non-existent customer service, don't even bother.

Ordered a front disc on 20th April 3-5 days delivery, still not here, emailed for updates 3 times no response, try calling, automated line saying to email....its quicker LMAO. DO OURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THESE CLOWNS LIKE THE PLAGUE. A delay I can deal with, being ignored there is NO excuse for
