I would give 0 stars if possible!

I would give 0 stars if possible! Do Not Order from this website! On the site, they show bakewear and also the Rachael Ray seasonings. I placed an order 5/12/2026 for her Poultry Seasoning because I could no longer find it locally. Payment was made with Paypal, as confirmed by checking my account. Having received only an email purchase confirmation at the time of purchase and no further communication or product since, I went back on the website and completed a message on it asking for an update on my order. However, when I hit 'send', nothing happened. I tried it several times...still, nothing happened. I next looked again at my Paypal account, this time looking further down the information, clicked on another header and found information saying the seller was one 'Issac Marjory', located in another country, with a hotmail email address. It further said that he was Non-Verified by Paypal. I immediately sent an email directly to that email account, only to receive a message from my email system saying the message would not deliver to the unrecognized email address. There was on the "RachaelRayBakeware.com" website NO INDICATION that the website was owned or run by anyone other than Rachael Ray's business. I will wait one more week, then file a complaint with Paypal and request a refund if nothing is received from the seller. It may not sound like much money would be lost, but there's no way to know what other info someone with ill intentions may glean from one's Paypal account. Also, even though the actual items purchased totaled only $16.16, with "free" shipping, an additional $10 packing fee was added to the charge. I'm so thankful I didn't order pots and pans!
