After doing some shopping around, I found this company advertising on Ebay. They were very reasonably priced. I wanted a rack that was pre-built and after getting in touch via WhatsApp, they suggested a 21U wall mounted cabinet, even though it was only ever going to be placed on the ground.

The cabinet arrived, looked very smart and all was good. However, I then discovered that the rack wasn't capable of holding the weight of what I was intending putting in it (batteries for a solar PV system). Through WhatsApp and a phone call or two, I was offered a more suitable cabinet for my requirements. They organised the pickup and collection of the first cabinet, whilst also sending the new one. This did cost me £65 to return the cabinet, but perhaps I should have been clearer in what I asked for. A thought for the future.....it might be worth asking a customer what they intend to store in the rack to ensure it's capable of holding the kit they want. But equally you could say it's down to the customer to do their homework fully. Something I clearly didn't!

I thought the returns process was going to be messy, but it was really straight forward. I did have to buy some saran wrap (£4.50 from Amazon) and find some bubble wrap to ensure the cabinet was securely fastened to the original pallet it came on. Once it was wrapped up and secure, I took some pics and the cab was picked up a few days later.

The new cabinet that came was flat packed, so required building. This was reasonably easy to do, but there were some areas where the instructions didn't seem to be that much help. I spotted a few video's on their YouTube channel, but they were all quite old. It might be a good idea to do a new video or two showing how to build the rack.

The places where I had some issues were all resolved via WhatsApp chat. I can't stress enough how supportive Rack Supplier Ltd have been through the whole process with both racks. Even responding on a weekend to my build issue queries.

There are some negative reviews on here, but from my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sent a item that was missing parts, Then said they would send the parts tracking number says it hasnt been given to DPD yet 3 days later still hasnt been given to DPD. Tried to contact them again they wont even respond now. Dont buy from them its a massive stressball

Great Service, we even had the boss out on site as there was an issue with the rack. The problem was resolved within 24 hours of the original delivery.

Very timely delivery, despatched next day and in good condition upon arrival. Would have appreciated help building item upon delivery but appreciate that this can be time consuming. it would be a differentiator though!
Also they have a pro active sales attitude that chases you on any interest shown, which has been a help to me.

Bought an 18U rack for a client.

Product was delivered to the client site within a couple of days. The assembly instructions could be clearer, but the product is very well made, solid and secure.

Price was also competitive.

Purchased item from Rack and arrived quickly, well worth a try?

Rack is exactly what I wanted. It arrived ready assembled and on a pallet so make sure you can get it through the door.

Would buy from Rack Supplier again.
