Price was good, and delivery was fast and efficient, their own van and driver, couldn't fault it. The radiator looks great, and should keep the entrance way nice and warm come winter. When we come to replace other radiators, we will certainly be returnng.

Radiators are fine but the brackets…
Radiators are fine but the brackets aren’t great. Don’t provide the plastic inlet to sit on the bracket so they don’t rattle. Had to buy them elsewhere. Ordered other radiators the same style from Appliances direct and the brackets sit flat and come with the inlets, unlike these ones. Tried to contact customer service but no response through enquiry contact form.

Superb customer service and excellent-quality products
I had already order feather grey radiator valves from this company, but I needed 300mm feather grey radiator pipes and covers, but Radiator Outlet only advertised the 180mm version on their website. I emailed on the off chance that they might be able to help, and they replied almost immediately to confirm they could supply the longer size.
They offered to phone me to take the order and called within minutes. The pipes and covers then arrived the very next day.
The products are excellent quality, and the customer service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Radiator Outlet.
