Far too thick and gloopy

I used to always buy Radox for my baths. Not anymore. It used to be a good consistency but they have made it much thicker, meaning you use a lot more in each bath. I will never buy Radox again, unless they change it back to how it used to be.

Allergic Reaction:

I used the Radox Muscle Soak Thyme Bath salts and had a really bad reaction. Developed a rash and breathing problems. I have been fine with the other radox bath salts but this one really affected me. Really do not recommend will stick to other bath salts brands

What happened to the wonderful shower…

What happened to the wonderful shower gel packaging?
I bought it for many years for their USPs: the hook and leak proof valve. Like the scent of light blue mineral therapy too. Loved the shower gel packaging so much that got people to bring it out to me when moved abroad. Now it's as rubbishy as any other shower gel. Unilever - get your act together. I'd pay more if necessary!

They have changed the formula for the worst! It is now really watery and the fragrance which used to be really nice is now non existent! Smells like cheap Poundland shower gel. Won’t be buying again

BYE BYE BUBBLES!!

Bye bye bubbles!!
I have just got out of the bath, & I was so annoyed that I googled Radox customer service & somehow got here? Then I read the comments from people & realised it’s not just me! The Radox bubble bath brand that I have been using for donkeys years is now rubbish! I got in the bath & just laid there for 10 mins & practically any signs of the bubbles had virtually completely disappeared, thats before using any body wash/soap, it seems to me that we are now being sold an inferior product for the same, if not more money? Well that’s it, I’m done with Radox now, I will be changing to a different brand from now on…NOT HAPPY!!

RaidPox

As someone who exercises daily I used to use Radox a lot for showers. A decent gel like substance that would foam up. Someone in marketing and product development have said “how do we cut costs to maximise profits?”. “I know, let’s say it’s a new improved formula”. Well what comes out of the plastic bottle now is just red water and doesn’t foam up, or do anything, it’s an utter joke, So after twenty plus years of loyalty, no more, bye bye Radox you bunch of charlatans.

Radox are fooling us

I’m very annoyed. I bought the refill shower gel pack thinking I was making a good eco decision refilling my shower gel bottle, only to discover the refill pouch isn’t recyclable. What is the point. Consumers want to be eco friendly but companies have to make this actually possible!!

BIG MISTAKE

I bought a Radox hand wash but had to stop using it within a few days. A rash developed on my hands which was red and quite sore. It took a while to go and I lost a layer of skin. I had transferred the hand wash into a soap dispenser but this wouldn't work with it. Something to do with the consistency I think. It won't work at all now. Could just be a coincidence but it was working alright. Had to throw the dispenser and the hand wash away.

An insult to the consumer

Radox must think we're simple. Watering down the product so much that in it's blatantly obvious is simply an insult to its customer base. The product now hardly has any viscosity more than thick dish water and any lather disappears immediately. Our family will never buy a Radox product again.

Watered down since the pandemic.

I thought to check the reviews here to see if it was me. The prices are up 50% on what you used to get yet you need twice the amount as it's clearly watered down. Ever since the scamdemic, sorry pandemic, they're just like a lot of other companies to be honest. There's just no good quality products from many companies nowadays. I won't be buying Radox anymore.

Radox has lost the plot!

After using Radox shower products for over thirty years (moisturising for me and mineral for him) we will not be buying it again. Both of them are now so thin and watery the liquid just runs straight off the hands. I deliberately use the term 'liquid' as it definitely is not the lovely thick consistency it used to be. In fact, I do not know how they can call it a gel (mineral one) or cream (moisturising one) when they are nothing like a gel or a cream any more.
