Terrible service don't use. Diamond fell out instantly and they ignored my emails. When I got it fixed at a jewelers where I live in France they told me the diamond was fake!

I purchased the "Open 925 Sterling Silver Filligree Mezuzah Pendant" the pendant and necklace are absolutely beautiful. I would rate this a legitimate 10/10. I have gotten compliments on it almost daily since I’ve received it. I had the bottom piece fall off, it is removable to put a scroll into if you wish. I reached out to Rafael to get it fixed, he did not charge me to do so, only for shipping, and he sealed the bottom piece for me so that it would not fall off again. The customer service is phenomenal and the jewelry is top notch. Next time I am ready for a new piece of Jewelry, I will be returning.
