Product came very quickly with no problems.

Emails were promptly replied and order reached on time as promised.

I still didn't receive my product yet. The delivery service wants me to come and get it from her house. She isn't willing to come and deliver to my shipping address because she says it's too far for her.

Because until I didn't not receive my items 😭😭

Very quick service

I received fast service. Product was at a good price and arrived on time.

But shipping take to much time

The package was taken by the Swedish Custom so we never received it. They said it was medicin and not allowed to bring in to the country. Can we send another package via a friend in Germany? Will the Custom stop it also there?

Dear Raffeldeals Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent shipment of products I received from your company. The package included "Almond House Dry Fruit Burfi 400 grams : SKU: RDAM000051 x 2" and "Almond House Dry Fruit Halwa 400 grams SKU: RDAM000049 x 1", all of which were expired upon delivery.

The shipment was initiated on 26 December and delivered on 02 January 2024, which coincidentally happens to be the expiry date of the delivered items. It is unacceptable that the products were packed on 26/12/2023 with an expiry best before date of 02/01/2024. This oversight has resulted in a waste of time and money on my end, as well as a severe disappointment in the quality of service provided by Raffeldeals.

This entire process has been nothing short of unprofessional and reflects poorly on your company's integrity. I feel deeply disappointed and let down by the lack of care and attention to detail in handling these products, and it clearly points towards a fraudulent or deceptive practice.

I expect a prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter. I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience and reassured that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it with the urgency it deserves.

Fast delivery everything was nicely packed

My order is lost as it was not handed over to me in person. It was kept at a place which i was not aware of and after enquiry when i reached at the location i did not find my order there.

The item I ordered was sakinalu it was broken in multiple pieces was packed in ziplock bags emailed the company haven’t received the reply back

I was not sure whether they can deliver to Germany, where I live now. Many companies say they can't deliver to European countries. But the delivery was very prompt and smooth, thank you!
