Excellent communication and really fast delivery. I placed an order on a Saturday evening and received it three days later. I had a question for customer service which they responded to within hours. I'm very happy with the service and product I received and would highly recommend Ragazzi Clothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I returned a cap that I did not wear, and instead of handling the return professionally, the company accused me of wearing it and effectively called me dishonest.
The tag was removed only to try the cap on indoors.
That is not “wearing” an item, and using this as a reason to deny a refund is completely unacceptable.
They then sent me photos claiming the item showed wear and tear and stated it had in exactly their own words “clearly been worn”.
I know with absolute certainty that the item in those photos is not the same condition as the one I returned.
Being accused of lying is bad enough, but being shown images that do not reflect the condition or the item what I sent back is incredibly disrespectful.

When I clearly stated that I was 100% certain the item I returned had not been worn and that the photos did not represent the condition of my return, their response was to say.. “I don’t like what you are insinuating”.
This was after they had already accused me of wearing the item.
In this situation, any insinuation has come from their side, not mine.

If I had worn the item, I would not have attempted to return it in the first place, nor would I be wasting time leaving a review over something as small as a hat. The reason I am leaving this review is because I was falsely accused of wearing the item and the company “insinuated” that I was not being truthful. This situation has been handled extremely poorly from start to finish, and being instantly accused of something I know with absolute certainty did not happen makes it necessary to warn other customers. I want anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation to be aware of this experience, so the company cannot continue to falsely accuse people as an excuse to avoid issuing refunds.

This is terrible customer service and puts buyers at risk. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself falsely blamed rather than helped. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before buying from this company.
For anyone thinking about placing an order here, I highly recommend you take your interest elsewhere if you want anything close to a professional or legitimate company because this certainly is not it.

Fake Aquascutum - company insist it's genuine, but the pattern wasn't authentic. Buyers beware!

Couldn’t find the item of clothing I wanted anywhere till I found this site and the price was the same as you’d get in the shop not over priced like alotnof these retailers

1st time I have ordered from Ragazzi and I was very impressed, delivery was on time, packaging was good product was great unfortunately it just didn't suit my son so I had to return it, return system was very easy and I was refunded straight away.
