No winnings withdraw, 3 weeks trying. They accept all debit and credit cards and they even accept prepaid and cash app cards. BUT, IF YOU WIN, they take you in circles asking for documents to be review from your banks. Then,they say your bank not allowed even though they accepted my deposits from. Then they stress you out telling you to open a wells Fargo bank account, then after you get a monthly statement, they will review those wells Fargo documents. This is all,BS. Do not use your money on the raging bull games. Sort of scam in not allowing your winnings

These people are crooks! I spent a couple thousand and finally won some of my money back. I go to withdraw and all the sudden there are problems. I sent in my ID bank statement selfie of me holding up my debit card to very my account. They have me send in the same documents again and again. Than they want me to send a utility bill. I take a pic and send it to in and all the sudden I get a reply about my account is being closed and they don't have to give me a reason why either ! I spent days trying to get my account verified and when I try to they close my account and won't tell me why. fk this casino. They need to be held accountable. They are stealing people's money.!!! Fk these people !

I have tried to get withdrawal for over three months. Now they just ignore my emails. I’ve sent every document possible, and they would respond your bank account needs to have a certain amount or whatever excuse. I can’t get my 900.00 that I won. Such a scam. I just want my money back.

They have no problem accepting a deposit, but then ask for bank statements, electric bills, etc when you try to withdrawal. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Lie after lie after lie.
Prizes that I’ve won being told over and over again they would send the forms and tracking number for the packages that are never sent. Customer support after customer support telling me the same thing over and over again.
I want to do a withdrawal of some winnings they make every excuse they can possibly think of to not send you the winnings. After them saying it is approved for a certain amount they say it will be sent in seven days and then I get another email saying it is approved for half of the amount that it was originally approved for stating They have to take off the bonus amount which had already been taken off previously.
These people are flat out criminals and con artists.
My only question is where else can I post about this to help other people not get cheated out of their money. I haven’t gone back to look at how much I’ve spent but I do love slot machines and I’ve definitely given them probably over $5000 since I started. They have no problem taking your money but in the end, they show no honesty or integrity in holding up their end of the deal.

So far I have not been able to withdraw my winnings. I attempted to do so with bitcoin and after that was denied without Raging Bull providing me with a reason. I submitted a wire transfer withdrawal request. That was over one week ago and I have not received my winnings or an update as to the status of my request. My deposit, however, was accepted within minutes and without issue. This tends to leave the impression that the casino is a data/ identity harvesting scam.

Fraudulent. This is a scam—do not buy into it. They just released another “casino” run by the same people under the name CryptoLoko. I was scammed when my winnings were not credited to my balance during gameplay. I noticed it the same day I signed up. Very sneaky. I should’ve known better based on all the so-called “free plays” and unrealistic coupons they push.

First withdrawal approved November 21st. Second withdraw approval on December 12th. Today is December 21st and still no money in my account.

Unfortunately you have to hit 1 star. Ive been over 1 year trying to collect my winnings. First I didn't have a bank that does international transfers. So I opened wells fargo account which I was told would fit the guidelines. Then I had to get a 30 day statement with at least $25 in it. I did that. We went back n forth and now this casino says because of the way I used my account its not eligible. How in the hell is it any of this casinos business what I purchase and use my account for. Then they said only use for gas bills and everyday purchases. (Thats kind of funny because thats all it was used for) Then im told im owed about $1450 and they would make a 1 time exception for a bitcoin withdrawal of $500. If you read the casino website it states bitcoin pays out in 24-48 hours. But im told 7-10 days for approval and 7-10 days for payout. So they dont even follow the guidelines in there own policies! Now im being told i won't see the bitcoin withdrawal because im owed $1469. So the representatives have now lied to me. Its been over a year going back and forth and im still not giving up!! Not that it does any good but I put a complaint with there licensing board. It also says this casino is owned by primrose limited and thats funny that company is dissolved.
