I have ordered a coffin for my cat around 6.5 years ago and knew when the time came for my other cat to pass, I would order from them again.
Both coffins I have ordered were beautifully made (I opted for the oak); they are sturdy and heavy (although I opted in for the zinc lining). Very well made. The coffins were so well worth the purchase.
I could not fault the service and kindness from the teams dealing with me. They kindly waited for my second cat to pass and sent the plaque at a later date at my request once I knew which date I needed to add.
I also bought the comfort pack for both my babies so they were nice and snug in their coffins. These were beautifully made.
There was plenty of space for me to add keepsakes in with them such as pictures and their favourite toy.
These were very well packaged and wrapped and sent via courier without any issue. I think they would have survived a drop from a plane they were that well packaged!
Honestly you would not be disappointed ordering from this company. As mentioned, I was so impressed the first time, I knew I would order again.

Thankyou Rainbow Bridge Pets for another beautiful memorial . I said goodbye to my precious pet Mylo and this Cockapoo statue urn is now sitting pride of place beside the fireplace, alongside my Chusa cat, also beautifully made by Rainbow Bridge previously. Heartfelt thanks 💞

The Coffin was delivered damaged, and to the Billing address instead of the Shipping address…
After receiving a Parcel Force text message, with my delivery time slot, I picked up my pet from the vets, and made my way to my friends property where we had planned to lay my pet to rest, however, while awaiting at my friends property, we received another text message stating that Delivery had been attempted… Parcel Force had attempted Delivery at the Billing address instead of the Shipping address as I had requested from “Rainbow Bridge Pets” at the time of placing the order. This meant that I could not lay my pet to rest that day, and had to keep her overnight in my friends garage. The following day I had to wait at my address for Parcel Force to attempt Delivery a second time, and then transport the coffin to my friends property.
Once at my friend’s address and after unpacking the coffin, we’ve notice damage in two places, also, the Zinc lined coffin is poorly designed… the inner top zinc lid seats on a flimsy wooden beading, once the wooden beading rots away the zinc lid will collapse inwards on top of your pet…
At this time, after my pet had already been out of the freezer for over 24h I had no other alternative but to proceed with things…
Most inconvenient and making the whole situation more stressful…
emailed “Rainbow Bridge Pets” several times but never received a response whatsoever…
After awaiting for several weeks for a response I finally left a Review on the company’s website but it was never published… No wonder “Rainbow Bridge Pets” only have 5 star reviews in their website… Dishonest to say the least!!
This company also operates under the name “Pets remembered”
All in all very upsetting and disappointing.
