These leggings always feel amazing, the vibrant colours last and help to increase confidence!

They r really good quality, I didn't read the sizing info and did the usual and ordered size up, my mistake.. They are way too big.

I've bought leggings from 3 different retailers and R&S are definitely the best quality. It would be 5☆ for the leggings, but only given 3☆ as the company has changed and sadly, not for the better.
Ordered leggings at the end of July and it stated due to arrive late August/early September. Asked around the 10th and told there would be an email going out. Never did receive it. Asked on fb, messenger and email, but just excuses and no leggings. Eventually leggings arrived - at the end of Sept!
Sadly the company now seems to only do pre-order and never has anything in stock. With the lack of communication and updates, added to huge delays in receiving items already paid for, sadly only able to give 3 stars.

Not as good service as it has been previously. My partner has had nothing but issues lately with company. You had better customer service in lockdown. After researching changes made to company you can see and feel how the customer service journey experience has declined. You have to wait long periods of time to receive your item and get told numerous excuses for lateness. Being a small company has nothing to do with it, if anything being a smaller business you'd provide extra care to ensure a happier customer like other small companies. This was received in lockdown. I think it being taken on by another who owns other legging companies has decreased it's careful care to customers and increased waiting times and created an elite pre-order system. This is actual creating more issues for the company complaint-wise and is resulting in customers looking elsewhere. The return / exchange process is awful whereas easy previously. I personally miss the brilliant and easy customer service you received in lockdown.

A long wait but I suppose that’s the price you pay for smaller businesses. Always such good quality and an amazing fit so it’s worth it!

Products are great quality, fit really well - cannot fault them at all.
What I have an issue with is the pre-ordering process. Lack of updates / communication unless I contacted to ask. No information on website. Took over 2 months for products to arrive (order placed 06/07/24), and even then, a pair of leggings was missing when my order turned up (11/09/24). I had to contact you to ask what was going on!
The communication / updates needs a serious overhaul. I would be very reluctant to pre-order from you again which is a shame.

Their ladies active wear leggings are superb. With my two new purchases I have 6 pairs now. They have great fun designs but are comfortable for all day wear and suit active mum life running after a toddler. Love the handy thigh pockets perfect for smart phone & wallet.

So happy to find colourful leggings in tall WITH pockets! I have the dragon scale ones and they are beautiful. Chatting with my sisters and friends we would all love to see more bright block colours (pink/ yellow/ orange!) and horizontal stripes in rainbow or other colours.

I love these shorts and leggings , I have so many pairs , but still keep on buying them ! Just need some motorbikes , Canicross , and maybe some new Sloth style and caravan ones now please ! :-)

Absolutely love the leggings. Love the size/ length option! Pocket options are a huge bonus for me ! Only down side is what I want often not in stock.

Although they took a little time to arrive which in the days of Amazon seems strange but that’s just what waiting for a good product is. I love them. Great colour and pattern amazing comfy fit. Will not buy leggings anywhere else

I contacted R&S regarding a gift voucher I had received to confirm if I could use part or had to use in its entirety
Millie was very quick to offer a solution of creating two smaller vouchers to ensure I didn't lose out
This enabled me to purchase 2 separate pairs of leggings at different times
