They don't care; and it shows! HUGE waste of $$
Overpriced plants in poor health for quadruple the cost... NO THANKS! I stupidly purchased $200 worth of tillandsia air plants online from rainforest flora. The pictures displayed on their outdated & error-prone site must be model specimens because what i received are pale (some severely burned) imitations of what they should have been. Their "fair value" sizes (never pictured) consist of seedlings with no shape, brown leaves and which cost as much as a large plant ANYWHERE else. Maybe they think Mr. Tillandsia, Paul Isley will bring in web traffic with his name alone... and that is exactly what brought me there! Don't be fooled though.. they will rip you off. I tried contacting them through all avenues and gave up on the fifth time of being outright IGNORED. I reeeeally tried with these scammers. Don't make the same mistake i did. Buy your plants somewhere/anywhere else. They should be ashamed of themselves.
