Exchange rate very low. When I deposit exchange rate Rm 4.8 and WD is 4.6 but when I withdrawal all money the exchange rate totally different it was rm 4.37. so low and I really feel this broker so cruel. No more doing business with raisefx

I recently signed up with RaiseFX, and shortly experienced difficulty into logging in into my account, so I called them, frustrated already, The agent who assisted me was so friendly and professional, managed to settle my mind and assisted me wholeheartedly. When she could not solve thei issue herself, she escalated the matter to a technician and she assured me that it would take a day or two but it will ne sorted I must not worry. During this time, she followed theater up for me an kept me in the loop until the 09th November morning she contacted to let me know that the matter has been resolved and we went through it together and indeed I'm good.
