Two years later.

Two years later and this restaurant continues to prove how amazing it is! Excellent tasty tenders, fries, toast and lemonade! The customer service is spot on and it is always an unforgettable experience. The cane sauce is addicting and I just love to add it to a lot of my homemade foods on occasion. It breaks my heart to see all of the less than stellar reviews on here/I humbly apologize for any and all bad experiences you have had with Raising Canes. However, I would like to offer some strong suggestions to corporate heads, to ensure them much more continued success with this particular brand:
a. Give us a different variety of fries and substitute the salt/pepper for garlic instead.
b. Allow us to substitute the fries and coleslaw, for chicken strips at no extra cost (unless it exceeds a certain number)
c. Add a spicy variation to the tenders and chicken sandwich as well. (Allow us to choose if we want to order a spicy sandwich, extra spicy sandwich or a ghost pepper chicken sandwich)
d. Introduce a new sauce or limited time sauces.
e. Create seasonal coupons during these hard times due to inflation.

Other than that, keep up the fantastic/legendary work! Nothing beats Raising Canes in my book. Not even Citybird.

Raising Canes...What a disappointment

What a disappointment. Wanted to try them as one had recently opened up a few months ago near me. I entered and experienced a short wait. The male employee was not very friendly or professional. Having never had RC before I'd asked him a few questions and he seemed put out and not helpful. When I received my order and started trying everything I was surprised and not in a good way. The tenders were bland and had a flour taste to them. I tasted no seasoning whatsoever. The coleslaw was just the worst I think I'd ever had. Toast wasnt anything special but okay. The one good thing was their fries I liked them. Oh and I thought the RC sauce was not good at all.

I wasted in the line For 20 minutes for someone to take my order. They are all fraternizing . We are here to work not meet friends. I understand they are busy but the atmosphere and customer service is unprofessional and unproductive. The food is not work it. I actually was getting food for my daughter.

Canes is my favorite

I recently tried Cane’s in Ohio for the first time, and I was impressed! The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender, and while it’s not the cheapest option, the price feels reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend the 20 Tender Combo, which comes wrapped in aluminum foil to keep it fresh. Just be sure to enjoy it quickly for the best taste! My only complaint is that Cane’s isn’t available in my state—hope that changes soon!

had not been there in a while but LOVE…

had not been there in a while but LOVE the franchise. it seems the food quality has really gone downhill. chicken strips are 1/2 their old size and lrg combo barely contained a small fry. i guess bidenomics has hit them. service was polite and prompt as usual though. when i lived down south i was a regular but just like most places in Como, food is subpar.

Good service, bad food.

The customer service was really nice. They were hard workers and were going pretty quick. The food however was not amazing. I order the sandwich and I got slightly rotten lettuce, three chicken tenders doused in their sauce(which isn’t the most amazing sauce), and some soggy buns. Please don’t support them until they update the quality.

My wife and Myself and grandkids love…

My wife and myself and grandkids love Canes. Chicken is normally always fresh and love the smaller crinkle cut fries. My only complaint are what sauces are offered. Honey mustard and Canes sauce. How about Ranch and a Buffalo please. I always have to bring my own sauce.

I was at an open job interview in the Allentown Pennsylvania, location where they were offering people positions. I have over 10+ years of the food, service, waitressing and cashier industry. The guy with the tattoos all over his arms, actually had the nerve to say to me, how are you gonna feel? Are you gonna be OK with working with all young teenagers? I’m 50 years old if that’s not age discrimination I don’t know what is. I reported him to corporate and I’ve reported him to EEOC.

Cane’s has the very very worst customer service all over but especially grand parkway and 99 Richmond Texas, these employees seriously need coaching on how to treat customers that’s paying your check. It is a disgrace how these young people carry themselves be careful because whatsoever a man soweth that he will reap. You should get another job working behind the scenes, nobody wants to see your sour face spending their hard earned money get it together canes or close your doors

Yikes!

The food was awsome! The customer service at the drive thru was HORRIBLE! I mean the girl at the window? WOW! Our order had been taken at the speaker, said hi to her, she angrily mumbled. Said please and thank you to her…. Got a huff and an under breath comment. Won’t go back to this one

Food was extremely salty & greasy

Food was extremely salty - five times what should be normal: chicken, fries, sauce. Fries were underdone. I took home most of the food because it was inedible. I placed the fried food on absorbent paper towels in the container in the refrigerator, as it apparently had not been drained.

The next day, I rinsed leftover chicken & fries thoroughly under a spray of water, reheated it all. The chicken & fries were greatly improved. Texas toast was grilled only on one side, pillowy soft but tasting greasy & bland. It benefited from being regrilled on both sides. Cole slaw was bland and needed seasoning: a bit of cider vinegar, a pinch of pepper & a sprinkle of paprika helped immensely. The lemonade was watery and too sweet - no tang of lemon discernable. Squeezing a lemon into it at home improved that.

Service was predominantly excellent with everyone smiling, welcoming us but cleaning excessively. They would reclean a window or table that had just been cleaned by another worker, untouched by a customer in between, for example. Six or seven workers intrusively stopped by the table to inquire how everything was, and our response each time was that the food was extremely salty and greasy so as to be inedible. Each comment was met with a smile and a " Thanks for coming in." No one said he or she would mention it to management, nor did anyone offer to try to rectify the poor food, probably because they have been taught to oversalt everything and undercook the fries. There would be no way for them to improve it.

The atmosphere was chaotic. Sound levels were deafening with very loud music booming and employees shouting. It was headache-inducing and impossible to converse.

I imagine that children will like this chicken, but only as an occasional treat. The grease and salt levels are not conducive to good digestion.

I considered ordering a sandwich, but I decided that 3 chicken strips on a bun would be difficult to eat without the chicken falling out. The sandwich comes only with a piece of lettuce and the sauce that is probably ketchup mixed with mayonnaise and oversalted and too generously peppered. The only other condiment offered is ketchup. I would prefer a mustard such as honey mustard along with lettuce and tomato and dill pickle on a chicken sandwich.

The menu is simplistic to attract kids who, for some reason, seem to eat a lot of chicken nuggets or strips. I think parents would have to deal with a lot of upset stomachs after permitting their children to consume this food.
