False Delivery Estimates, Repeated for Years
I’ve been ordering from Rajapack.no for several years, and every time the website promises 1–2 days delivery. But as soon as I complete the purchase, I always receive the same email:
“Vi gjør vårt ytterste for å kunne opprettholde vår leveringstid på 24/48 timer, men grunnet den ekstraordinære situasjonen … kan vi dessverre ikke love samme leveringsgrad som tidligere.”
This message has been identical for over three years, so it clearly isn’t an “extraordinary situation” anymore. If they cannot deliver within 1–2 days, the website should be updated honestly. Advertising fast delivery but warning about delays only after payment feels misleading.
The products are fine, but the delivery information is not trustworthy. I hope they finally update their stated delivery times so customers know what to expect.

Raja can never deliver in good time
Raja can never deliver in good time. They use PostNord, who offer a very poor service and Raja don't really care. They have your money, now fight for delivery... it's the 24th November today and we still haven't received the parcel, and have absolutely no idea when it's going to be delivered... it's in 'transit' and has been for days...

Great price and service
I have used them for some years now, i don't order a lot by any means compared to many other businesses but i get what i order fast and in great condition.
The one time i had a minor issue, their support was fantastic.
