Hi Rajiv, as businessman we give our entire lifetime and not being productive and effective is like wasting your precious time(life). But through with the pace program my eyes are Opened. My key takeaways learnt to put system , structure and organise teams towards win win win strategy, goal setting,task execution, role clarity, priotizing marketing -to genrate more leads . To follow financial discipline, set goals and vison and aspirational goals etc . Most importantly I learnt to enjoy the business journey but not at the cost of fitness, family, fun and finance. Throughout. I'm happy to have attended the pace program. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Had my doubts about this 3 day course and it took me nearly 6 months to join. But I'm glad I did.
This program was an eye opener in many aspects of my business. I came expecting tools but I'm leaving with a lot of learning and now I think I'll be able to make better tools which suit me personally.
Lastly, Rajiv as a person has been is phenomenal. I'm going back a better businessman and a better human.

I am attending PACE for the 3rd time to realise I have only implemented 20% of what I have learned. I need to keep coming back with the intention of progressing slowly.

We are running small professional educational institutions.I actively involved from 2011.I developed a little but swinging between survival and stability.
We have 15 white collar team which is purely depends on owner dependent
As u said iam habituated the pain and suffering after 3 days I got clarity little this is really eyeopener of life and business science

Rajiv , you have been a hell of person - touching every inch of my mind , fear and strength. I have never attended 9 hour/day on a workshop and I am suprised to see myself to attend this for 3 days without a yawn. We are architects with masters in urban planning ans Urban Design. Still carrying hope. Though Ur PACE program is more aligned with SMEs, we micro Organizations r still hopeful through this amazing structure of ur 3 day way forward. So meticulously planned. Though our systems r way different. This did give a ray of hope in many facets and layers. Great efforts. You r God's Gift to mankind. Touchwood. .. !!! AWESOME KANNADA SKILLS BTW. .. !!!!!

It was a GREAT experience overall, from the training to entertainment.. this might be my first time to be engaged for such a long sessions but I must admit really worth it..
