The slowest shipping I have ever encountered. And I include packages from china. I ordered it more than 5 day ago and they did not even ship it yet. How bad does your organization needs to be this slow nowadays?

I've spent about $1500 over several orders. The merchandise arrives within 4 days to the US and it's been perfect every single time.

I ordered twice...the first time a leather jacket, the second time another jacket, a hoodie, and a belt. They arrived in record time and were well packed. I have no complaints.

I will never order anything agian from rammstein...
I ordered 2 shirts, i payed with the giftcard 50 eur i had + i had to pay 22eur more for the diffenance. Also the postage 15eur.. And then after waiting for 4 weeks. I i contact the support and they say that the address was incorrect. Checked the addres all was right from my side when i ordered. They put a 1 instead of 10 in the order addres. They said that when the package is back at the warehouse they will refund the money. And today i got 22eur back. My Giftcard and my postage is gone even tho they put the wrong address... REALY GOOD SERVICE.... I will stop supporting rammstein becouse of this...

Ordered a ring a month ago, still waiting complained several times. Tried contacting courier they had no parcel with the tracking number. Managed to get refund. They said they would investigate but I will be going to BBC watchdog. As I'm really not satisfied with service. Won't use again.

We ordered a long-sleeved shirt to which it wasn't suitable so we sent it back, absolutely no refund and they kept the shirt. They will not contact you and will willingly rip you off. PayPal we're no help and even with proof of payment and postage this shop are just being scumbags. They will avoid any contact and just take your money.

Do not order there as the shop does not represent what Rammstein stands for. The service is a crap, the quality is so mediocre that you better buy your fan souvenirs elsewhere. On top of all if you wish to return the crap they sent to you, you need to pay for return and end up spending twice the amount on shipment for something what you can get on the market for 2 Euro.

The shop is a scam. I ordered several shirts and hoodies in March and they still haven't sent the items. Support just ignore all my update requests and refuse to provide a refund. Such a shame to treat a loyal fan base like this!

I placed a pre-order for the new album along with a long-sleeved t-shirt. When my order arrived the t-shirt was missing despite being on the dispatch email confirmation.
After contacting them to find out what had happened, I was then told that they had cancelled this part of my order in order to avoid delaying the arrival of the album. This was done without any contact with myself to ask if I'd be willing to wait. I had ordered both items together to save on postage. They have since said I would be refunded for the missing item.
One month on, I am still waiting for a refund and all of my emails have gone unanswered.
Avoid at all costs.

Good quality merch bought t-shirt and it's still black which is cool!

I ordered a pair of boots in a size 11 (45 EU).
However, i received a size 12 by mistake instead.
I immediately contact the support, and the same day i was able to send the package back.
Today i received a pair in the correct size.
It would have been nice to have gotten the right size to begin with, but great customer support made it easy to get the correct size.

Approximately a couple of months before their latest release I PRE-ORDERED the album on vinyl, CD Limited and single Deutchland on both vinyl and CD. Upon release my order gets delayed what turns out to be approximately a month but they finally send it. When I then get my order confirmation, that it has been sent, then 2 days later I get a cancelation on the vinyl single (after they apperantly sent it?!). Then when it arrives they've used a single vinyl package for all my merchandise so every item besides the cd single has already haft it's plastic torn of and is bent beyond new. I then get a hold of them and get it sent back and after approximately another month I get my new items, this time properly wrapped. Then I request a refund for sending the package back and are told to wait because they are really stressed with everything and whatnot, and after some time I write them again only to be told, that I've got to submit my request somewhere else completely, which I do.
Then they refuse to refund my money unless I provide them a receipt for when I sent it, a receipt I honestly never thought where necessary to keep since I sent it with the same postal delivery service and having worked in that field, I'd assume they'd have a record of that, but that's on me. Should have kept that receipt for a couple of months even though the package was insured, but when they gave me even more hassle after so much I gave up and told them to keep my money.
Even though they might be cheaper on Rammstein stuff and such, I'd highly recommending shopping elsewhere, since they now how big they are and are tarnishing the bands image while treating costumers like peons.
I've been a loyal fan for 15 years, has spent approximately 10.000-20.000$ over the course of those years on merch alone, NOT including concert- and festival tickets so take my word for it, they'll make you regret it

Super fast delivery and I loved the bonus of gummy sweets! Items are high quality.I've had them for three years now and they show no signs of wear.

Bought a hoodie. Excellent quality, really varm and nice to wear.
