On the 24th of April 2026 I ordered 4 x RAM Metal Hanging Bird Feeder Trays for £27.96. The day after, on the 25th of April I received 4 packets of Green Gift Bag Sleeves!
Despite numerous attempts to make contact via phone ( answer phone full ) and 3 emails I still have not had any response from RAM.
I have initiated a request for a chargeback through Tesco bank, as I paid via their credit card, against RAM for the amount of £27.96.
I will never purchase anything again from this company and would warn anyone against purchasing anything from them. I didn’t order plastic bags so why on earth did they send me them in the first place!

Sent wrong product but no response for consumer services

Ordered a garden spray never turned up contacted them by email and txt refuse to reply. Wish I had read the reviews first PLEASE PLEASE do not buy off this company. You have been warned

I didn't receive what I ordered. I only received a 5L garden sprayer when I ordered an 8L sprayer, which I'd paid for. I haven't had a refund for the different size. I have emailed them on 1st June. Nothing bounced back to tell me that they will deal with my enquiry within so many days. They have ignored my email.

Don't buy from this company their customer service is diabolical because it's non existent and you'll get ripped off!

faulty products, never answer the phone or emails. They are a rebrand of ramstores - another scam company.

Please avoid!!!! SCAM website.
