Terrible service
Terrible service! I don’t know what i pay for when my alarm in my caravan has been totally dead since March 5th and they are suppose to monitor them and replace the batteries before they die so they advertise on their web site🤷🏼♂️? Notified the site 4 times and called Ramtech direct and gave my site name and caravan number on the 11th of March and still not been repaired! Is now April 17th Ramtech said my contract was with the site and not them? Unbelievable but still you take the bulk of my money and regardless who the contract is with you have still failed to repair it even after the knowledge one of your alarms is still not working and still have been paid!!
Its at Marton Valley leisure. I wont say the number because some thieving git might try to rob it now!
Time you got your finger out or give me my money back!
You do realize my insurance will be null & void if anything happens in the mean time and are you going to pay for it if it does?

Run by incompetent people to top it off they only left the interior kitchen light on and the outside light for 3 days the noobs.
Prime example why the caravan industry needs properly regulated by the government!!!
