I have purchased countless amounts of Rapha clothing, helmet now gravel shoes. During my latest purchase I thought I had not received a confirmation email normal practice with Rapha. Through the support team they went above and beyond to put my mind at ease by searching for my order, contacting me to explain what they had done in successfully rectifying my concerns. All of this resolved during the weekend and very early Monday morning. An outstanding company with a stand out brand, who care about the people within their community. 🏴

I had purchased a new pair of the men's core cargo bibs, when I went to try them on I noticed that there was a small tear on the seam. I contacted customer service at Rapha and Karl helped me with a no conditioned asked warranty replacement. This is the reason I continue to choose Rapha for my cycling gear!

I had an issue with wrong coloured cycling shoes in the correct colour labelled box. Although it is disappointing that you cannot speak to customer services at Rapha HQ anymore I raised my issue via the online help section. I had a response in 24 hours from the customer service team as promised online and a resolution I was really happy with completed the following day. I have to be honest I have been buying from Rapha for 21 years and the very few times an order has gone missing or there was an issue with an order I have always had it dealt with in a positive manner. It just seems to be the way of the world now with most companies that all enquiries are dealt with electronically like it or not.
