Looks like a very good product for the money. The display boards are simple to put together and light enough to carry into any exhibition. The carry bag is very handy for carrying.

No communication form yourselves as to when the screen was to be delivered. Luckily we were open when it arrived. This would have caused huge problems for us.

Payment gateway and subsequent checkout process is pretty confusing. UX needs to be simplified because all transactions go through PayPal. The 'Payment cards' box doesn't render correctly.
Confusion about a £1 fee being charged, then reversed immediately... and then the order is confirmed on the Rapind website before the correct amount is charged.

Also courier fees are too expensive. Please choose a courier that doesn't penalise addresses in central Scotland.

The website live chat was excellent very helpful with all my questions. Quality of partition is good value for money

Even though there is clear advance warning of the the delivery process, it isn't great to have 2x acoustic screens arrive on a pallet the size of a small shed, that you have to unscrew and then dispose of yourself - it would put me off using this company again.
