Really poor condition of clothes and unbelievably slow and poor service

I would not advise anyone to buy vintage items from rapsfield. I bought a used Arc'teryx for my son as a Christmas present. The jacket cost over €160. There was only a photo of the jacket from the front, and the only thing they wrote about the stand was that it was probably mostly for urban use and not for active use such as skiing etc. Rapsfield writes in their shop that they do not take vintage goods back, but they also write that they make an effort to describe the condition of the goods as best as possible, and highlight if there is wear, holes, etc.

I received a jacket where all the gluing and joints had come apart, the jacket is additionally worn on the outside and has discolouration. The places where it has been patched are really poorly made and cause the joints to sit crooked and frayed, and the remaining patches look like something that has been tried to be fixed with second glue, which is now peeling off.

I started with the first email on January 2, 2023, and got a response on January 21 after trying to write to 5 different emails and call them 2 times.
Rapsfield's answer was that, as described on the home page, they do not take used goods back, and they do not deal with the rest. They refer me to a re-bord program and a Swedish mobile number that I can call, a kind of repair center.

So I am left with a jacket that I have to send to a Danish repairer and pay myself to have it fixed so that it is not open in all joints. I cannot in any way recommend shopping at Rapsfield, especially not used goods.

I am so disappointed and have never ever experienced such poor condition of goods and such poor service from an online store.
