I was not allowed to send product back…
I was not allowed to send product back although it was not a right product for me. I asked for return ticket for sending product back to company but my request was denied saying that they cannot since product is not defective. That was a lame excuse. Poor service.

The ponytail has a very high quality
The ponytail has a very high quality, people who are close to me would not know that i was wearing extenions. That shows how natural its looks like. The ponytails stays very tied in the hair so you don‘t have to be scared of loosing it. The colour also matches perfectly. I am impressed.
I also contacted the customer service. They applied very fast and very friendly.

Hair is rough and frizzy
The delivery was good, and the hair was nice and smooth on arrival. After two days of wearing it though, they became so rough that you can't even run your fingers through them anymore. They are frizzy and stiff, I don't know what happened. I take very good and loving care of my hair and extensions and this has never happened to me before. It really saddens me because I was looking forward to having silky and beautiful hair :(

Problematic delivery
The hair quality is good, but there were severe delivery problems. When I ordered my extensions, it said that my package would arrive in 3-4 days, it’s been over a week now and It’s still not here. I didn’t even receive a tracking number, to see where my package is. When I contacted the company about the missing tracking number and that my package hasn’t arrived, they just told me to be patient. That’s it. I think I was scammed. Please watch out for red flags like these!
