I placed an order on 12/21/2023.
Never got it. after a few emails I actually got a response asking if I'd like to replace the order.
I was stupid and said yes. Got new order number and that was the last I heard from them. Never shipped and no updates.
I will adjust the review if the status changes.
I ordered $300 worth of merch for my nephew's Christmas present and it never arrived even though the money has been taken out of my account. I have sent 4 emails so far asking for confirmation of the order and how long it may be until it arrives and have heard nothing from them. Soooo frustrating
It’s been two months and still no sign of the sweatshirt I ordered for my son’s birthday. I emailed customer support a week ago and received an email apologizing for the delay and advising me that they’d raised the order now (8 weeks after the order was placed!) but yet I still have no postage confirmation email and no sign of the item. They’re obviously scammers.
After two months of messaging with the support where is my order (firstly there was a problem with the warehouse and secondly the item was allegedly in bad condition), the order was canceled and my money was refunded without giving any notice why. DON´T BUY ANYTHING HERE

Pre-orderd Conker figure May 26 and on September 27 for friends and it got cancelled on 22-12-2022 (due to unforeseen circumstances) am fine with it. It can happen but 3-5 working days you get your money back well its 11 working days later and 5 emails later still no answer I only got my money back from the first order but not from the second. You don't even get message we handle it later or something no its dead silence they ignore me.
