The chest board arrived in a secondhand state you cant use it It cost me with a discount £48 cash I was incredit with Studio because they stole my money (this is a separate case with financial ombudsman)
Rashmain sent the chessboard with no return details for a faulty product.

You area disgrace! Just like the useless studio who care about no one!
