After cycling the North of Denmark i had a technical issue with my chain and shifter. Even tho the store was busy i got it fixed on a Saturday morning, within less then 30 minutes and at a very fair price.
Great customer experience with the shop. First I phoned them to get info on a bike and its size to see if it fits my height etc. The person who answered took its time to answer my questions and helped with everything that he could do for me. With his advice I purchased a bike with the recommended size (and it fits well).
Because I bought the bike from Copenhagen they also arranged with delayed delivery. Everything went great, bike arrived perfect and I am happy customer at the end. I would recommend the shop to my friends and will repeat purchase when I will need any more bike related products.

They were really good when I went there to buy a new mountain bike. Also went to an evening they had where I learned how to take care of my bike.
I have bought a bicycle from them and I am very satisfied with it, I ordered it through a courier and I received it in perfect condition. I ride it every single day. I had to make some adjustments to the brakes (the brake pads and the wheels were not perfectly balanced and centered), I don't know if the fault belonged to Rask Cykler or to the Danske Fragtmænd (Danish Postal Office). Maybe in the future I would buy something else from Rask again or recommend the website to my friends, especially that Rask have a very well-structured website and it helps you a lot when you try to find the products that suits you.
