Communication with Sales through email (Kaz) was really quick and helpful, arranged a pallet delivery and the item has been delivered in perfect condition and exactly as advertised.
The packing was first class.

Awful customer service. Ordered a suspension leg and it was advertised as being driver side front but received passenger side. I wasn’t very much bothered about it as it was just a mistake on their side, however they then said they will get a courier to collect it. After further messaging they then suddenly changed it and said I will need to drop it off myself. This was very difficult as many drop off locations would not take parcels of that size. As you can see from the first 2 messages they said they will get a courier to pick it up but then suddenly changed it so that I had to drop it off.
