Started off great but service standard soon dropped
Started off great but service standard soon went downhill.
Called them up for a job of hooking up my tv to the aerial and the gentlemen showed up the next day to do the job. The job took a couple of hours but he did it and it worked.
Two days later, the channels disappeared and that's when they weren't happy. They promised to swing by the next day but that never happened and when I called after that, they simply ignored my calls. I left them a few messages pleading for a re-visit but they weren't interested. I ended up looking for another installer to come and help me out.
