I went to Raymour and Flanigan in east hanover…
I went to Raymour and Flanigan in east Hanover a couple weeks ago to purchase a new recliner couch . I had talked to an employee Lisa Pugliese on the phone and explained to her i needed a new electric couch that mine at home was old and broke. She was so kind compassionate knowledgable .
She really cared about my needs. I said my daughter is autistic and sensory issues and i needed a recliner couch because i have a leg problem. My daughter does better with soft leather. She went out of her way to search for several different couches. I met Lisa at the store . She was amazing she listened to my concerns showed me many different options. She showed me a perfect couch that filled all my needs. I loved working with her. She made me so happy by her expertise. We have been in touch several times. My new couch will be delivered in monday . I will still go back to the store to visit her. I highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan in east Hanover for their expertise efficiency and kindness. I also talked to Doug the manager and he was amazing as well. Thank you Lisa for being my angel.
