Right off the bat I was skeptical
Right off the bat I was skeptical. Once you walk in, it's huge but there was no one there to welcome you, you just had to walk in and wonder around until you find what you like. We were in search of reclining 3 seater couch. There was a few times that someone looked right at us but did not even say a word just watched us look around so I was not very impressed with the customer service. It wasn't until we would something we liked that I had to wave my hand and call someone over to come help us when my experience changed.
We met the gentleman Nelson who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made sure to check each chairs functionalities to ensure they all worked, he answered every question we had with certainty and if he did not know he was sure to find us the answer. He gave us the run down of how the process works and made sure we had a pleasure experience. He did not rush us for a sale which is always a plus for us. We were able to pack up our car with what we can fit and returned for the remaining without any issues.

The furniture is outstanding and very nicely made. Our salesperson Farouk was extremely professional and he made it easy to pick out and order our furniture. Everything came quickly, within a few days and I received an app that showed me a live location of where the truck was in route. Finally the delivery men (Jason) from East Brunswick were the absolute best. I was so happy with the entire process.

We were sold a mattress that a month…
We were sold a mattress that a month and a half later my wife and I cannot move our necks and we are in extreme cervical pain.
Raymour and Flanagan refuse to give us a refund. We feel robbed !
