Dealing with Enan at the Paramus store was an amazing experience. Super knowledgeable and super Friendly. I was expecting to be attacked with a pushy, car dealer type salesperson. However, it was the total opposite. Kudos to the manager that hired him. Absolutely the best!

Team came out 1 month ago stating I needed a new motor. Said they would order it, takes about 4-6 weeks to the the part. Called back a month later for the front desk person to tell me it was never ordered and nothing was done and I still ha e to wait a month. This will be the last purchase I ever make from you.

We went to the Paramus location this past Monday (2/16/2026) and brought a mattress - first I felt attacked as soon as you entered the store - can not even browse for a minute - we brought a mattress and schedule delivery for Friday 02/20/2026 - never got an email from the order the day of purchase - On Friday we called customer service and the voice prompt states they open up at 8:00 am but nobody pick-up until 8:30 am - there phone answering service was a challenge as well as the message was cutting in and out so you can even get through the prompts- The rep we spoke Laura we had voiced our dissatisfaction with the phone answering service she told us it is not the first complaint - when the store open up at 11 and spoke to the Manager Anthony to find out delivery was never scheduled. We cancel our order and probably will never ever visit Raymour and Flanigan again - Horrible experience - Roger V our rep has worked there over 10 years - the sad part of all of this they did not seem to care.
Had a great experience at the Raymour location in Paramus! Gaith Shashati was the store manager that assisted me in a product replacement of a sectional! He was patient with me and went over and above in client satisfaction!
You did not complain on what you said, my delivery was more than a month after you salesman said, and one of the item came damaged

AVOID THIS LOCATION (Paramus, NJ). I’ve had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this Raymour & Flanigan location. I visited on August 26th and put down a deposit on a table and chairs, with the understanding that I’d confirm measurements and call back to finalize payment and delivery. Within about a week, I realized the table wouldn’t fit and contacted the salesperson (Lou) on September 9th to cancel the order and request a refund. No response.
I followed up again on September 18th — still no reply. It wasn’t until September 24th that I finally received a brief message saying the refund “may take a few days,” with no explanation for the two weeks of silence.
Afterward, I called the store directly, was told I would receive my refund, and again… nothing happened. I called a second time and was told a manager would call me back. That call never came either. At every step, I had to chase them for basic communication, and even then, I received inconsistent or empty assurances.
They still have my deopist to this day (11/23/25), which is a full 2.5 months after my initial simple request for my fully refundable deposit back.
Overall, the experience has felt dishonest, unprofessional, and completely non-responsive. Based on how poorly this was handled, I cannot recommend this location at all and while I do plan to do business with Raymour and Flannigan in the future I will certainly go out of my way to go elsewhere.
We bought a mattress from the Paramus store. The system was down and couldn’t take our order.
Once purchased by my own cell phone we never heard from the store. The mattress never arrived in the warehouse after three weeks. We tried to call the store and no one answered. Finally we cancelled our order after the manager said he couldn’t deliver.
I will never shop in Raymour & Flanigan again.
