Blanca showed us the black armchairs available in store and was helpful with info about ordering and scheduling delivery and option to refuse order if we didn’t feel the chair was comfortable when it arrives - I was concerned it was only available online and no way to try it out. We went to to the Rt 4 west location for living room furniture. We were greeted by Hector our salesman. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. The store itself is well stocked with great options to choose from. Also the prices were great! Very happy with our choice and price. If you’re looking for furniture go see Hector !!

I liked most of the furniture and the quality of the materials. The only problem was no one was helping me, and when I finally chose a vase to buy as a gift for my friend, they wanted to discourage me somehow, which I could not understand. They were trying to encourage me to buy something from Target across the street rather than their store! Maybe they couldn't believe I could afford to buy anything from their store! (I'm a Pharmacist) Another funny part was that I had to sign too many forms in order to buy a $90 vase! I even signed something to get permission to take that vase out of the store when I purchased it! I understand it might be logical when you are purchasing something large or expensive, but was this really necessary for a $ 90 vase? Overall, the people working there didn't give me the slightest vibe of feeling welcomed, and It will be the last time I set foot there, although I liked their furniture.

We came in to pick up a clock for a very dear Christmas gift. This is one of the same ones we had purchased for ourselves. It's lovely. We got it at especial price & the staff had held it for us. How nice of them. The staff at the Paramus Outlet is amazing!! Blanca is always there for us. They are supportive & attentive. We feel well cared for. Thanks So Much!!

If I could give them no stars I would. Jonathan Haas failed to properly explain himself and deceived me with my purchase. They failed to provide a mirror which I had originally asked for as part of the package. Of course it wasn't delivered and of course I'm told that it's extra and I needed to pay for it. I originally asked for the mirror and make sure that the mirror was part of the deal instead he decided to move things around on the receipt and charge a different way. I got nowhere with him they offered free delivery that's all. His manager whom I believe is called a lead her name is Liz and she was no better. At the end Liz basically put it on me, blaming the customer. In their eyes they did no wrong and all they could do is free delivery. I would rather spend the same amount of money that mirror would cost me on a mirror from Walmart and give them the business. This will be my last purchase ever at raymour flanigan outlet in Paramus or any other raymour flanigan for that matter. Jonathan Haas salesman and Liz the manager get an F grade. In the end I told him it was okay keep my money you got me good shame on me. They were good with that.
