I told Sunny I will return tomorrow to purchase 7/12/26 and I purchased my new Chest from Raymour & Flanigan. Sunny is a polite Sales Consultant. I’m very pleased and will return to purchase a Mattress the end of the year..December 2026 😃

Garbage Delivery I Refused to Accept Playing Around Refund
Garbage Delivery, Refused to Accept Playing Around Refund (fake pending and etc.)
Since they tried to deliver my new bed looking all second hand and without factory wrapping bare on the truck with a rag full of holes and dirt germs and Im sure pests too, and I denied accepting it, and it went back in the truck while I walked away back home..
They keep saying this:
The refund is made (on the way)
The refund wont be on the way till the sales person is here and he's out for days
This "repeated"
Then again it was sent and approved and paid (confirmation through email with payment image to prove)
The refund pended
But nothing send
Then pending amount no longer pending
So no refund
No explanation on the phone
Then a call it was still refunding
We will have to see
I am doing this with claims now thats a good idea should you have the same trouble with them
It's a shame I cant post the photos but I can post them on googlemaps.
Excellent Couch
Couch is perfect, just wasn't given an accurate timeline as to it's arrival. Scheduled delivery for two weeks, it took 5. I was able to wait, but would have appreciated a heads up with a clear schedule so I could plan. Delivery was great.

the rep called 20 minutes before my expected delivery to tell me what i ordered was no longer available and they will reimburse. so this morning i got up before the time i expected the matress delivery so i could unmake my bed, move furniture and make a path for the deliveryman to bring in the new and take out the old...even moved my vehicle outside so i could let them back the truck to the door....then the call comes that they dont have that style anymore ....20 minutes to 10 am. delivery expected 10-1.............thats why i put a 1.

Poor Communication
I ordered and paid for my nightstands on 4/6/26. I was given a timeline of 5-7 weeks before they would be ready for pick up. After 7 weeks I received no communication about the status of my order. After 2 months passed, I called the store and was told that my nightstands were back ordered. I find it very unprofessional that this was not communicated to me as I paid over $600 and had no idea when or if they would even be ready for pick up. I called again to get another update on the status because there was still no communication and I was told to call back on July 9th because they would most likely be ready then. When I called on the 9th, they were ready and I was finally able to pick them up. I am giving 2 stars because I am happy with the quality of the product. However, I think it’s unacceptable that there was 0 communication from Raymour and Flanigan about the delay of my order. If I didn’t already have the matching dresser, I would’ve cancelled this a long time ago. After this process, I have no interest in ordering from Raymour and Flanigan again.
